pool area and the villa area full of slippery tiles not so bad if you're under 40 but more dangerous if you are older. this issue will not be addressed by the owners because they do not care, if you slip and break something, it is your responsibility to be insured not their responsibility to build a safer environment

Everything was amazing, location is 5min walk to Massimo Italian/Gelato.7min walk to the beach,massages every where. The stuff and the manager are more then amazing to help in any way they can. Specially we received high tea or coffee with baked banana at afternoon to the villa and also we could asked breakfast to bring to the villa. I had problem with my glasses the manager couldn't help and on the same day afternoon the reception nock on our door to bring new pair that the manager bought and they refused to take money . Special thank to the amazing manager. See you next time I both of your locations Nothing

This was the most comfortable, spacious and luxurious villa we have stayed in. The staff are amazing, the gardens beautifully managed and cleanliness of everything perfect.

Lovely big rooms, pool was great and relatively quiet with limited number of guests. Many breakfast choices and quantity of food was huge. Personal table service, not buffet. Extremely prompt response to a couple of minor problems with Air cond and TV. Location to many restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 mins walk. Staff were excellent. Water pressure was average but could have been much better. Didn't use the bath or spa bath provided due to time they would have taken to fill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the best foot massage at their spa. The suite had its own bath tub and jacuzzi. Not beach front but they have designated beds and huts by the beach, just ask the reception for a voucher and look for sign of Sagara Villas. Direct access to the beach

We love our stay, our room is very spacious and comfortable. Even the baby coat is clean and comfortable for our 8 months old baby! The hotel staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast Was lovely and the location is very good, easy to get to the beach. Thank you to all the staff who has made our stay comfortable.

Beach is close The room planning is absolutely weird. The room had no windows, no natural light at all. We took the cheapest option, but I have never ran into a hotel that would have no windows. The planning is weird, you walk though a jacuzzi room with no windows to get into your room which also has no windows. I would recommend having some work done and turning the front jacuzzi room into a porch with big windows. Cause we felt like in a cave, had to have light on in daytime and mosquitoes were everywhere. Other places in Bali had mosquito repellents in the room, but not here. Beach is close, but dirty and full of rubbish, you will need to pay for the daybed from neighboring hotel, but even the water is not very nice to swim in as it’s full of weed… not really good area if you are looking for beach getaway.

Feels very luxurious! We loved that it wasn’t huge and the pool was just perfect! Our jacuzzi didn’t actually work but we were happy to just have a bath ?
