Beautiful temple like ambience, very peaceful and free of noise. The hotel is right next to the ocean, you can feel the freshness in the air. Excellent breakfast and dining options. The staff were incredibly kind, they embody hospitality. They arranged fresh flowers for the room everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel. The club rooms don’t have an elevator so the second floor room with balcony was not an option for my elderly mom. But the ground floor rooms are beautiful in their own way.

Our bedroon was really outdated, not only furniture but also the fixtures from toilet to showers to vanity area. Bedrooms need to be completely renovated. They look like no renovation have been done since the hotel opened. Definetely not worth the price of the room

Loved this hotel and the location in Sanur. The reception, dining areas and rooms are beautiful and the tropical gardens and Balinese architecture and statues were just magical and set the scene for our holiday in Bali. The breakfast were fantastic and we enjoyed the high tea every afternoon. The staff are excellent. and attentetive. Overall it was an outstanding stay and we are so happy we chose Puri Santrian. Nothing

This was my second stay here. I love the beach location and views across the ocean. The rooms are comfortable and the grounds are gorgeous. I love the choice of two pools. There were always loungers available by the pools or the ocean. Breakfast here is a definite highlight! There is indoor and outdoor seating and the buffet is delicious. There are rotating dishes as well as staples, and plenty of options to please everyone. They also had daily specials like sushi and dim sum. Yummo! Although the resort is at a quieter end of Sanur, it's an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and the busier areas, either via the road or the beach boardwalk. Since our last stay, they have added a gym facility which feels brand-spanking new and is very comfortable with a range of equipment. We also enjoyed the animals on the property. We loved the friendly cats, the fish in the many ponds and our highlight was squirrel spotting :) There was one VERY loud family across two rooms that really impacted our relaxation and the resort feel. Unfortunately they were next door to us, and the adjoining wall did little to stop the noise. Kudos to the kind staff who accepted our complaints with good grace and who kindly let us change rooms the following day. To be clear, the issue was with unreasonable guests and not the resort itself.

Everything ! Stunning place to stay!

We stayed in the club area and the pool area was amazing. So tranquil and beautiful. We had requested a room with two twins and when they showed us to our room, it was a king bed. Unfortunately, they did not have any more twin accommodations on the ground floor and my mom has limited mobility and needed the ground floor. I was never quite sure if they didn’t have twin accommodations on the ground floor, or if they were all booked. Anyway, if you want twin accommodations on the ground floor in the club area, make sure to request multiple times and get confirmation before you arrive. The only other thing that was not perfect was the bed was a little hard for my taste and the pillows, a little lumpy.

Got given the worst room. Top floor for Dulux price with 40 stairs.. Had to pay extra 600,000 per night for premier Dulux..

We stayed near one of the adults only pools and only used that pool. It was quiet and the pool was fantastic. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was as good as any I have been to. The food at the hotel restaurants was really good and there were others places nearby if you wanted to eat somewhere else. Recommend the Vietnamese restaurant just outside the resort's entry. The ensuite was clean but really needs an update.

The location was outstanding, with direct beach access and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the breakfast bar. The selection was extensive, with fresh fruit, local specialties, made-to-order options, and something for everyone. Whether we were lounging by the water or enjoying the beach just steps away, the resort offered the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. There wasn't a single part of our experience that we would change

Staff - facilities - cleanliness I liked everything

The gardens and proximity to ocean boardwalks was great. The buffet breakfast was great value and the omelette chefs were fantastic Sanur beach was a constant reminder of how we have to be more responsible for where we put our garbage. However, the staff was cleaning the beach everyday. At low tide you can walk out very far and there is no strong waves to knock you down. We went out on a Hobycat sail boat and it was great

Breakfast,Pool and Beach were excellent Everything here was good

The facilities are immense - multiple pool choices, loungers and cabanas on the beach, nice fitness facility, restaurant on the beach and pool bars. We appreciated the free bike use (although the bikes could use some maintenance). Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming, especially after staying at a resort with a fabulous breakfast. Pool closed too early in the day. The beach collects a lot of kelp and some garbage that was being slowly tended to. Spa prices are too high for this location.

Excellent beach front location, multiple pool and beach options, large property , well maintained and consistent quality, complimentary afternoon tea with nibbles was a lovely freebie, would stay again. Even a bathtub in the room Really not much

Good location, good restaurant & pools, good rooms I was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift

Breakfast is very good. Location is good Service is generally poor, don't expect staff to swing by the pool and ask if you would like to order a drink or food. None of that here. you will need to walk to the restraunt and order, if you stay in the The "Club" like we did and you are at the pool there is a phone for you to order. This hotel is full of well off Europeans, why not make the most of that, give them the service that Bali is renowned for. I could see plenty of people on sun lounges who would of ordered drinks or food, but like me couldn't really be bothered, because dammit we were on holiday. We had far better service at another hotel, that was 1/4 of the price of this one the week before.

What an amazing area for food and culture. The beach is beautiful and part of a 5 mile or so beach walkway. Every night there are at least 4-5 casual live music events at various restaurants. The resort itself is very spacious and inviting, breakfast was incredible, and plenty of places to sit and have a beer, coffee or just hang out. For me it was a bit bigger and more disjointed than most places I stay in, but a nice experiences.

The resort was fantastic, with every area spotless and well-kept. There were several pools throughout the property, including two reserved just for adults. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of variety, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and eager to help. The only downside I can think of is that on some days, the beach right in front of the resort had rubbish that had floated in with the tide. Fortunately, when this happened it was addressed by staff.
