The location was good close to beach and shops Very dated ,could do with new shower/bathrooms in the cottages, and some maintenance on and around the pool area.

The pool and the location was good. Breakfast was great ?? The guests all seem like an older age group, not much atmosphere. Bathroom was out dated.

Pools were good, room was good. We booked what was listed as a pool access room. It was really just a ground floor room that was close to the pool. Not what I would consider pool access.

The small doorway into the room. Very difficult to get in and out. Other guests who put their pool towel on the sunbed and then leave the area effectively reserving that spot exclusively for themselves. Very selfish. Staff should monitor this more and remove the towels so those guests actually using the pool can also have a spot to sit while using the facilities.

The property was close to the supermarket The room was supposed to be pool access but it was in the corner away from the pool and our room was next door to the staff and they were so noisey there. I felt it was not very relaxing.

The pool was lovely, cool, and clean, bit hard to get a sun lounge some days, as people put their towels on them and hogged them for the day, even if they weren't using them. Breakfast wasn't very good. the day we went, there was not a lot of choice, no bacon, small sausages in the bay Marie that weren't cooked, and an omelet made to order, that was nice, some noodles, some salad and that was about it, we went down at 9 am, so maybe we missed out. The rest of the menu that we ordered during the day was awesome, and the ladies serving it were lovely friendly, and helpful. We had room service one night, it was really enjoyable, couldn't fault it. Our room was comfortable, very tired, and in desperate need of a re-vamp and paint, The bed was ok, but could have done with some better pillows and maybe 2 for each person. The cleaners came every day and did a great job! Considering the age of the hotel they clean the rooms well. The staff are really lovely and helpful. All in all, we had a good time and loved our balcony. The Sativa is very close to the shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. We hired a pushbike each one day and rode along the boardwalk, was great, bikes are safe, and a good price! When we arrived we were put in a bottom floor room, it was very old inside and dark, and had a big step you had to step over to get inside, we were going to stay in there until the toilet was blocked, the guy came to fix it, but we had to get him back 2x, so we asked if we could be moved to an upstairs room and the office staff moved us straight away and helped us move, they were very helpful and accommodating to our request.

The room was a good size. The bed was fairly comfortable. A Buffet breakfast was served in the dining area daily which had many choices. The pool was beautiful and a really nice temperature. The rooms/hotel is aging but it is still quite clean. Our room phone didn't work and although reported, was never repaired.

Staff so friendly. A genuine interest in your well-being. Always happy to assist. Asked about your day's adventures. Ready to assist at all times A designated smoking area a must. We are not anti smokers but we noticed smokers becoming very complacent about their unhealthy habits. Particularly in close dining areas.

Lovely place, shower needed a bot of love but everything else was fabulous. Definitely stay again. Do you have a suite to accommodate 5 adults. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area. Close to lots of good restaurants and an amazing little western style supermarket that has everything you want or need. Great location in Sanur. Locals fly kites in the afternoons for a few hours each day right over the hotel. These are annoyingly quite loud making a strange warbling noise.

The pool area is exceptional, roomy, lots of sun loungers. The staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help.

The rooms are older but larger and the beds are so comfortable. It's not a fancy hotel but clean, nice gardens and pleasant staff.

Location was great. Pool was really nice. Beds were very hard. Never saw staff around to order a drink or food by the pool.
