The staff couldn't do enough for us, the rooms were so clean, the buffet breakfast vast and delicious, and the the location good. We feel the hotel to be good value. It's also very cool up on the rooftop pool area. The acoustics in the hotel make the rooms noisy at times. We thought the spa prices a little excessive compared to others in the same area.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The pool was clean with loungers available. Drying rack on the balcony was convenient. Very walkable location. The breakfast was amazing. Tons of choices and staff are quick to help.

Great location with lots of good restaurants, convenience stores, and interesting things nearby. Comfortable bed, wide selection for breakfast with some very good pastries and good coffe. It would have been great with a fitness center in the hotel. We also found the glass wall in the bathroom makes it tricky for light sleepers as light tends to flood the room if someone goes in bathroom.

The Hotel has a unique design, we had a very comfortable in all aspect, room were clean and confy, Staff were friendly and Food at Breakfasr were amazing. The location of the hotel was also a plus. Close to many dining, shopping and sightseeing area around Bali. Very difficult to find mistakes, but perhaps some feedback, to have assorted sambal and crackers for the Indoneisan corner buffet would be great addition.

Perfect location, close to the beach and also close to the center. Everywhere is super clean, facilities all beautiful and clean. Food is good. Soundproofing could be better and soap & shampoo could be better.

This hotel is incredible, located just one block from the beach. The rooms are fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is exceptional, the pool water is crystal clear, and the poolside drinks are top-notch. I also highly recommend the spa and massage! N/A

Breakfast provided with room was very good with plenty of options available. Staff very pleasant and responsive to guest needs. Water from taps not potable and insufficient bottled water for oral hygiene needs and coffee/tea/hydration needs in room.

the Hotel is very modern and so nice, the breakfast was Amazing. The rooms are very clean and the staff were very accomadating and helpful, the pool is so lovley on the rooftop. Very close to some great Restaurants and short walk to the beach. Nothing this hotel is exceptional.

Wonderful stay and best services

We stayed at ARTOTEL Sanur Bali for six nights and had a fantastic experience. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and we loved having a coffee pod machine for an easy morning start. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of great options each day, which was such a nice bonus. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and lots of great restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we’d happily return to.

Good location, a short walk to the beach and resturants. The staff overall were good and welcoming, but the pool attendants didn't seem to care about guest enjoyment. The design of the hotel has a large central opening between the floors to let light in, however it also carries the sound from the resturant next to the lobby. There was a musician playing until midnight, I was OK, but my wife could not sleep. The pool attendants were useless. A couple of idiots jumped into the shallow pool and splashed everyone. They did nothing, a number of people just left. There are very few places in the hotel to just relax. There is a bar on the 5th floor, but as soon as you sit down, you have to buy a drink.

The room was very nice and large with a small balcony outside. It overlooked the Bali red tile roofs, so it was a pleasant view. The staff was helpful, everything worked as it should in the large bath and the place was very clean. Bonus points is the Massimo restaurant down the street that has AMAZING gelato! When we booked close to the date we stayed, we were not advised that there was a large corporate party on the 5th floor. Because of the hotels design with a central atrium, there is no way noise from the VERY loud party would not disturb all the guests during the evening. Fortunately it got considerably quieter about quarter past 10 in the evening. We were happy to see that the hotel used glass bottles for their guests water, but shocked that they didn’t offer refills. Fortunately, there is a minimart next to the hotel.
