We were early for check in and staff were very accommodating, letting us use the pool. Rooms were huge! A bit dated but very clean and great value for the cost. Location is a short walk away from main Sanur beach area or main strip - lots of shopping and food options. It's an older hotel, so some of the furnishings / beds are old and creaky. Fine for our purposes.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The unit looked a bit dated, but it was clean. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that each room had its own ensuite bathroom. The amenities were basic, and it's recommended to bring your own toiletries even though toothbrush kits were provided. Breakfast came with three options, which were good enough for us. Coffee and tea were provided as instant sachets, and you make them yourself in the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. No hairdryer provided, and there's only a small piece of soap for the shower and handwashing. Consider switching the soap and shampoo to refillable bottles in the shower.

We loved our stay at palm garden, in one of the 2 bedroom suites. It was spacious and suited our family of four, with 2 separate bedrooms, with adjoining bathrooms and a communal lounger area. The pool was lovely and the gardens were really nice. The staff were friendly and professional. Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach. It was excellent value for money.

I liked the aesthetic and how close I was to the beach, also the food was very filling The toilets lacked flushing power, the bathroom lighting was weak, the beds made a lot of noise when I moved and the restaurant was very stingy with its bacon

Very near to the best part of the beach. Wonderful garden and pool with facilities. Nice and spacious room. The receptionist was very kind and helpful to offer a good motorbike for good price and to let us leave our luggage at the reception till the evening after we checked out. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, but after a quick cleaning, it was completely gone.
