The lobby was beautiful. Staff was sweet. Location was on the beach. Had a toilet issue they fixed it within minutes Outdated and needs to be renovated. Stayed at 3 star areas that had same service and facilities.

GOOD BREAKFAT, BIG POOL/S WITH GREAT VIEW OF THE OCEAN, MASSIVE ROOM, EXCELENT AND WELCOMING STAFFS.

We booked two suites - both rooms are not clean. Bathrooms did not have bath amenities. Toiletries were minimum. Bathtub flooded during a bath due to clogged pipes! Just not up to par. The breakfast is good but no variety. Service is rather slow (coffee/tea usually takes over 5 mins to arrive and there is no self-service). The showers has strange sewerage smell. Sadly for us, with the 18 hours travel to get to Bali for one week holiday, we could not afford the time to find alternative solution to make our holidays better. Pool is small. Property has little to no activities. Restaurant menu is average so we ended out going to the surrounding restaurants.

The room is very comfortable, we all enjoy everything the room provides. The pool is so huge (Olympic size) and this is one of the best hangout beside the lounge (Pier 8). Nothing in the hotel that we did not like. Hopefully the renovated lobby soon finish.

We loved the location, staff, breakfast was delicious, pool, how clean and tidy everything was. The only negative, you need more lounge chairs around the pool, just not enough for everybody, we wanted to relax on our first day around the pool and we couldn’t through lack of lounge chairs, think that is a major problem, also people put there belonging on the loungers to reserve, then not show up for a couple of hours, think you need a sign, can only reserve for half hour. You have some black stones at either end of the pool maybe that could be filled in and put more chairs in that area. Thank you

The property was very clean. Well maintained the rooms were lovely. The staff was very friendly, especially Ima and Ayu very nice girls people smoking beside you in the restaurants while you’re eating. children under two being allowed to swim in the pool with no clothes or diapers.

We fell in love with this Hotel for the moment we walked in the lobby. The staff and room are exceptional, a quiet and perfect location for a relaxing getaway, the breakfast was outstanding, the Staff, location, and the rooms we amazing and accommodating, I can't wait to go back. There was also a power outage on the island for 4 hours, but thankfully, this hotel has back generators. The sunrise from the bedroom was spectacular. I can't wait to go back

Nice bedroom with nice outdoor space. Beautiful garden. Nice swimming pool overlooking the sea Very long corridor to get to the bedroom. Corridor not really nice. Could do with some shortcuts to connect to main areas. Massive garden in the middle of the premises but not accessible really

Great hotel in Sanur, at the beach. Very good gym for this size hotel. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner menu had a good mix of Indonesian, burgers and sandwiches. Rooms were really excellent!! Large rooms and very comfortable

The services in hotel, a few of staffs are very excell and a few staffs are so ignorance and when it's rain, they seem don't care about prividing unbrellas and especially the services staff at lobby restaurant is terrible. The FO staffs all excellent.

Good location and spacious room space When I checked into the InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort and feel compelled to share my initial impressions. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing and does not align with the hotel’s five-star rating. I had requested an early check-in, and the staff initially responded, indicating they would try their best to accommodate. However, not only was this request unmet, but my check-in was also further delayed. The reception staff appeared indifferent, showing little concern for how hot and tired we were, making the experience unwelcoming. During our wait, I noticed the lobby area was dirty, which worsened the overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The reception and common areas feature dirty furniture, with some pieces showing signs of pest infestations and noticeable dust accumulation, suggesting infrequent cleaning. The property appears rundown, and the room amenities are comparable to a three-star standard. Having previously enjoyed stays at other InterContinental hotels in Jimbaran, Bali, this experience is particularly disheartening. IHG should reassess this property, as it tarnishes the brand’s reputation. Based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
