Staff are helpful and friendly which is typical of Bali The overall Maintenance needs improvement, Main pool was cloudy the whole time we were there, Pool light in our villa was flickering and disconnected from fixing, room had a smell to it

The Villa is surrounded by exceptional colourful grounds and pool. The private plunge pool is great but a little difficult to access. Location close to the beach is great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Parigata Villas!! Its a beautiful setting , very close to Sanur Beach . Each of the Villas has a private pool plus there is a beautifully landscaped shared pool which is bigger than many at other hotels! The staff are friendly and helpful - always trying their best to accommodate guests' needs. The only concern is that the shower is over a deep bath accessed via a step which makes it feel a bit like a possible risk for anyone a bit unsteady.

Private pool in the villa, big comfy bed. Breakfast was great each morning. Location is close to everything, shops, restaurants etc.

The driver Katut was exceptional! The hosting staff was efficient and helped with bookings. No gluten free or dairy free options. Had to eat some meals outside of restaurant to meet dietary restrictions

The pool was lovely and the location was really convenient to the beach and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room needs some refurb. No towel racks, lots of insects and faulty safety deposit box.

We love the location, the staff are fantastic and always there to help and a hello. The gardens are beautiful and beyond our expectations every time we come here and stay. Shower in the bath can be a little tricky, but otherwise there is nothing else.

We loved our private pool. Breakfast daily was great and we enjoyed an evening with a live performance who was very entertaining. We did not like the shower/bath. It was difficult to get out of when wet and the shower did not run directly over the whole bath.

Pool area beautiful and gardens and staff friendly Poolvillas require a lot of repair, timber internal and external cracked and warped. Some oil on timber would help along with exterior painting Check in and check out experience disappointing and food in restaurant average.

The hotel was small, had nice rooms a lovely private pool and the gardens and resort pool were very picturesque and quiet. There’s a nice restaurant attached. The staff were very polite and professional and it’s a five minute walk to the beach. It’s a perfect location.

Loved the location and our pool villa. The pool was a good size and surrounded by tropical greenery. The staff were awesome. Very accommodating. The villa was a bit dated but for the price it was worth every penny.

Beautifully landscaped grounds, which also means a private garden attached to the room, with a small plunge pool and deck chairs to sun in private. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts are tasty with a choice of Continental, American, Indonesian and "healthy" (although the other breakfasts are also pretty healthy, with delicious fruit salads). They provide drinking water in large glass bottles which is a great alternative to disposable plastic. The bathroom design is a little awkward - it's hard to stand under the shower due to the curved floor of the bathtub and the flow of hot and cold water seemed unpredictable, but you can work out a system to make it functional.
