Hyatt Regency Bali

I like everything and didn’t want to leave.Very cozy even lots of children around the pool but I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Lovely and friendly staff

Lovely big hotel in the centre of Sanur. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are typical of a resort that large. small but have everything you need. Very clean and staff very accommodating. Resort was busy in school holidays, but three pool options allowing for space (general, adults only and kids). Just be quick to secure a seat. We spent a lot of time on loungers down at the beach instead to get away from the hustle and bustle at the pool. Hotel rents out bikes so you can explore the boardwalk. Turtle sanctuary 2mins away. Great restaurants 5-10min walk from the hotel noise at night from people in hallways etc. Rooms definitely not soundproof

Breakfast was great.. go early to the buffet. The rooms are pretty small, but the upgraded room was nicer I did sit out by the beach one day and no waiter came to take my order. The guy was helping someone next to me but never made eye contact and o waited an hour so finally had to go to the restaurant to get food. This was on Monday of my stay

Our third trip to Bali, first time to Sanur and Hyatt Regency. Loved both. Great laid back vibe in Sanur with the best Warung restaurants. Hotel was very nice. HUGE bed, everything else as you would expect. Great little gym and outdoor pools, beautiful gardens and lobby etc, but the best part for us was the beach access at the rear of the hotel. Spent every morning swimming in the ocean and relaxing on the day beds. Hyatt is central to everything on the main street when you walk out to explore. We will be back. Nothing.

Location was good, more or less central with the number of eateries and shopping nearby. Food was very good, although for the hotel with the name Hyatt breakfast choices were limited. Although I booked our room seven (7) months in advance the hoter managed to staff it up providing us with the twin room instead of the king. A few days later the offered to swap but I did not want to waste half-a-day packing and unpacking for the move. The rooms itself are by far too small. Although the room was listed as 27 M2, 60% of it is a bathroom and coridor. The last one is so narrow that when the wardrobe door is open it is nearly impossible to walk through. The rest of the room is occupied by two beds to such an extent that there is nowhere to sit to watch TV. The only 2 chairs in the room are located with their backs toward the TV, so the only other way to watch TV is lying on the bed. The whole space is so small that the hotel even removed one armrest from each chair to get more space. Altogether it left an impression of 2-3 star motel with hourly rates. My complaints were heard and ignored. The only rectification hotel offered is to move to a different room with an extra US$50 plus 10% tax plus 11% something else. After I already paid almost $3,000 for 1 week it was just an attempt of a ripp-off. Five nights prior to arriving to Hyatt we stayed at Mulia Nusa. The whole apartment at Hyatt could easily fit in the bathroom in Mulia, although the price we paid per night was slightly cheaper at Mulia. It becomes almost a norm for the hotels with big names like Hyatt to believe that having a big name gives them the right to misbehave and overcharge.

The rooms were lovely , comfy bed , staff were awesome, good location. For me it is to big. Everywhere looks the same I got lost every time I left my room.

Pool and beach areas are amazing. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Not many chaise lounges with direct sun in the pool area. If you get to the pool after 11am it’s either a lounge right under the trees if you want to stay next to the pool or a lounge in the beach.

Stunning property on the beach with access to Sanur beach promenade walk. The location is the best, being situated in the most trendy well kept part of Bali. Staff were not so attentive in the Pizzaria restaurant.

Resort dated. not enough spent on upkeep

I really enjoyed my 7 days at the property and because of that I extended my stay another further 5 nights, the staff were very professional and very helpful at all times with all of my requests, I would like to personally thank MR I WAYAN SUNARTA ASSISTANT MANAGER FRONT OFFICE, who went above and beyond how hospitality and customer service should be delivered. A fantastic person to have as an assistant manager who hopefully one day will make manager. The whole experience at the resort has been brilliant. To be perfectly honest I can't really put anything down which I didn't like so all in all a brilliant hotel, looking forward to staying an extra 5 nights.

Overall, this resort delivers on every level—beauty, comfort, and hospitality—and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. Everything was amazing
