Pool and beach areas are amazing. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Not many chaise lounges with direct sun in the pool area. If you get to the pool after 11am it’s either a lounge right under the trees if you want to stay next to the pool or a lounge in the beach.

Stunning property on the beach with access to Sanur beach promenade walk. The location is the best, being situated in the most trendy well kept part of Bali. Staff were not so attentive in the Pizzaria restaurant.

I really enjoyed my 7 days at the property and because of that I extended my stay another further 5 nights, the staff were very professional and very helpful at all times with all of my requests, I would like to personally thank MR I WAYAN SUNARTA ASSISTANT MANAGER FRONT OFFICE, who went above and beyond how hospitality and customer service should be delivered. A fantastic person to have as an assistant manager who hopefully one day will make manager. The whole experience at the resort has been brilliant. To be perfectly honest I can't really put anything down which I didn't like so all in all a brilliant hotel, looking forward to staying an extra 5 nights.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Bali was nothing short of exceptional. Every corner of the property feels serene, elegant, and carefully curated. The amenities were outstanding, offering everything needed for both relaxation and recreation. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What really elevated the experience was the quality of the food and the level of customer service. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Overall, this resort delivers on every level—beauty, comfort, and hospitality—and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. Everything was amazing

Our baby like it so much it was very easy to entertain him there! Poolbar food was very nice and made our stay very pleasant! Very very friendly stuff. 10/10! THANK YOU! default water of 2 small bottles in the room is not a lot (we asked for more but default of 350ml/person is not much^^)

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting by the beach with great gardens. The rooms were a good size and the staff friendly. There were construction works going on in the hotel. While they were on the edge of the building so would not have impacted many rooms unfortuately mine was one of them and I was not informed of this before my stay. The noise during the day meant it was not very relaxing.

We found the local wildlife quite entertaining. Beach was appealing, however sign warning of jellyfish and sea urchins deterred us.

The Hyatt ticked and exceeded ALL our boxes. The hotel grounds are huge and so green. The entrance/ reception area is stunning, our room was so comfy, huge extra king bed, great shower, bath and room service was so great even at 1am when we arrived! The various pools are fantastic and the pool staff are so friendly. We LOVED the buffet breakfast. My favourite holiday ever. Nothing, wish we stayed longer!

AC unit was noisy. We got a replacement room but still shouldn't have given the first one to begin with.
