The room space was more than adequate with a wonderful balcony since we stayed in the 2nd floor. The hotel was just few steps to the Sanur beach. The staff of this hotel are all accommodating. The room and bathroom need thorough cleaning. Black molds can be seen in the bathroom.

lack of power outlet to charge our gadget. there is only one to supply TV and it's not easy to reach. Poor wifi signal from 2nd floor

Cleanliness. The rooms are damp and mouldy, desperately in need of painting. Bathroom also mouldy plus soap scum on tiles and bath. I even bought bleach and a brush and cleaned it myself because I couldn't stand it.

The location was excellent… Close to beach walk and far enough away for absolute quiet! Rooms were dated but I think there is a newer remodeled section Also people smoking outside their rooms drifted to our balcony

The shower head needs replacing, and the property could do with repair in several areas.

Older style Balinese accommodation. Great location - close to beach and shopping. Outdoor environment beautiful. Rooms spacious however bathrooms very dated and need refurbished asap. TV reception poor. Top floor rooms not for older people as there are many stairs. Breakfast pretty good with other food available for lunch/dinner which was ok too. Pool areas really nice though water needed to be a bit colder as it warmed up during the day, Bathrooms - old and in very poor condition.

This was a lovely relaxed hotel. There was just the two of us that stayed here. It felt very traditional Balinese with the building, furniture and the music to create this vibe. It was a short walk to the beach front where there is plenty of restaurants and cafes, and also to the main street where there is some great shopping and cheap spas. The breakfast was sufficient, not too big, it was a healthy serving with fresh fruit every day. The pool and the gardens were beautiful. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. It was a very pleasant stay Our room had a damp smell. The bathroom needs attention, better ventilation would help. It was quite small. Other than that it was a super relaxing place to stay for me and my daughter.

We had requested an early check in (really early, or flight for in at midnight) and got confirmation that our request had been accepted, but when we got there they said they were full and didn't have our room really so we had to stay in a pretty dumpy hotel nearby. Also, I don't think we got the same room that was in the photos (seems common in Bali).

Hotel was close to the esplanade/beach and a great cafe (O'sea) down the end of street. The garden and pool were nice. We had the junior suite and the deluxe twin between us. Rooms were quiet. One of us were given a pretty filthy room - frayed pillow slips, stains on sheets, bathroom filthy to say least. I couldn't believe the dirt behind the beds when I pulled the side table out to access behind the side table. To hotels credit they switched my room - luckily there was one left. I was surprised the manager didn't check in with me the next day to make sure I was happy - I am not one to complain but this was pretty bad. She seemed a bit grumpy with me. I mean if I had to sign a form saying I wouldn't ruin their room or steal anything, what guarantee did I get about my enjoying the place? The rooms are not bad, and suppose reasonable for the money - just - but very tired. The breakfast was ordinary - the waffles dry, the nasi goreng inedible - a kind of 'mac' brekky... I ended up having brekky at o"sea. Good plunger coffee though! And the waiter was lovely. We didn't have a bad stay, and if you've booked already don't stress, but we just wouldn't stay there again.

Big family room with Google cromecast. Every morning at breakfast our room is directly cleaned so it was clean when we got back to the room. Beautiful serene atmosphere In the room the AC worked well but we had big mold stains on the walls beneath the AC. It had my wife, parents and son coughing the entire night. Also the swimming pool is just next to the seating area for food and drinks. So not very secluded

Nothing They claimed that my room had a pool/garden view but this was basically BS as the design of the room could best be described as “cave-like”. Also, they had those “cool white” (instead of “warm yellow) fluorescent light bulbs that made the it feel like a dental clinic or a surgical theatre. Awful.
