Situated right one Sanur beach, Peeneda was the best decision we made in Bali. It's so clean; they change towels and leave your room spotless everyday, cozy, we ordered breakfast at the hotel everyday just steps away from the shore before our excursions, it's a perfect location; downtown with lively bars, restaurants and shops are all along the street so when we came back there was loads to do, the friendliest staff, and the hotel overlooks the beach and volcano in the distance so my insta pics were gorgeous. Air conditioning was great, the aesthetic is authentically Bali, 3 swimming pools in the area. If you're looking for a conveniently located clean place that you'd like to drop your bags at and explore (best value for money) choose this place! Would definitely come back again and would recommend this place especially for families. The water is solar powered so does take a couple minutes to heat up, but this is a non-issue.

Our room, the location, and the staff are awesome! TV in our room (118) needs to be upgraded. No friendly channels for the kids.

Maybe to replace TV with the smart TV to entertain everyone when we are in the room with the kids. Because the room that we got only has TV that contains things the young kids can't watch.

Location was excellent - beach front and easy walk to shopping and resturants

It was a perfect place right on the beach, but also quite and very peaceful with beautiful garden and several good pools. Everything was a walking distance. Lots of restaurants, spas and little shops around, big mall is 20 min walk. And it is the best place for sunrise. It was the best value for that location.

Location. Good facilities, including an adequate, but old, fitness facility. Pleasing layout of rooms. Comfortable beachfront restaurant. Nothing, really !

Great location and good facilities. Excellent and very helpful staff. Accommodating. Readily changed room to an alternate one because of the smell of the original room. Although it was of a lower grade from a free standing suite to an attached studio type room. Refund for the downgrade in room was refused. Quite an odour in the first room. Moderate in the second room which we accepted and was given air freshener spray to combat the odor. Needed to use this a few times a day and it helped.

Spacious and nice rooms with a great location by the beach and near shops and restaurants. The hotel has a three different pools and a nice garden.

Due to it being wet season it rained on and off so normally I'd chill in the room and watch or movie or 2 but unfortunately the only English-speaking channel out of 6 was the BBC news ? No umbrellas are provided in the room and being a quite large resort you couldn't get to the restaurant or lobby without getting soaked. Room service is apparently available however I was at the bar when a guest asked for food to be delivered to his room and he was told they would call him when the food was ready and he could come to pick it up so not technically room service. I didn't really feel the value for money as what I paid was similar to other comparable hotels and I could've got all the things I didn't like there.

A little bit dated but the lovely setting and gardens give it a nice character.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was surrounded by lots of trees. It was continently located close to the beach with a direct access. It’s also close to the new ICON mall by foot. The staff was not overly friendly but they did keep an iPhone charger that I forgot in the lobby. Some of the pools were not well maintained. The water was green and needed some serious cleaning.
