Maya Sanur Resort & Spa

Food and cocktails were great. Loved the buffet breakfast too. We booked a double room for our four kids to share (16 to 21 year olds) but it was too small and I would barely agree that the beds were double beds. How small the double room was. If you're putting two beds in a room that guests assume will comfortably sleep 4 people, you need a bigger room and real sized double. It was the most expensive stay per night out of all of the places we stayed at in Bali. I didn't find it good value for money and we stayed at nice places in Seminyak, Ubud and Lembongan for much less and had better experiences elsewhere.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, staff are so friendly. Just the bugs, but not much the resort can do about that

We came to Sanur for a few days getaway from busy Canggu and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the rooms were also well laid out. The facilities (pool, spa, restaurants) were wonderful, and the main pool is right up along the beach - we walked the beach walk up and down, even to Icon Mall. But really, I can't say enough about the staff. We had a medical emergency while there, and they took such good care of us, both during and after, while my husband was in the nearby hospital. It was a very difficult moment and they made it so much easier for me and for the kids. Cannot thank them enough - you are truly in great hands at the Maya Sanur, especially huge thanks to Angga, Sudar, and Agus.

Loved the location off the beach. Enjoyed the en-suite private plunge pool. For the 500 suites -- privacy would be a concern if the Tree Bar at the property is open where diners could look over to resort suites.)

It was ok but not for my expectations.Price was not good for what it offered.

It has a beach, walking distance to great restaurants and a great place for sunrise and a food walk by the beach. The chicken tenders at the bar were not good

The room feels somewhat dated and old, particularly the bathroom. The lock broke on the front door during our stay. Also, the neighbor sat outside on their balcony and talked late at night, and you could hear clearly through the closed window, which was quite noisy for us while trying to sleep.

The facility is well maintained, clean in excellent vibes. None.

Beautifully appointed, gorgeous facilities, excellent location, one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve had and helpful and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived to when we left, our whole experience was wonderful! We will be back. Nothing.

quite small hard double beds. Taking away outdoor seat cushions at 9.30pm, so we felt we couldn't relax to have an evening drink next to sea

Rooms were spacious and modern. Location was good. The lobby/foyer was a bit like a ‘bunker’ and had a different feel to the rest of the property.

Had a fabulous stay at Maya Sanur / I’ll be dreaming about it until I come back! Great location, facilities, restaurants, breakfast and staff were friendly. It was also kid friendly with a little playground as well as kids club. The last night we had loud group next door
