The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite noisy. The doors need to be slammed to close properly, which meant constant noise from neighbouring rooms. I had a family next door and the kids were frequently going in and out late at night and early in the morning, slamming doors. There was also noticeable noise from a nearby bar, with loud music playing late into the night.

Excellent location if you plan on walking, plenty of taxis always available. The breakfast was exceptional and large portion. The staff were very kind letting us leave our bags there after check out.

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, nice pool & great cafe food/coffee - best 'included' breakfast choice we experienced. Part of a diving shop/school on site, so diver training in pool both days we were there (couple, then individual) - not advertised as such. Good location for access to restaurants/bars, stayed one night but was a bit noisy on a Friday night until quite late!

The rooms are behind a scuba shop. The check-in is the same area as the shop. As a former diver I liked that; it reminded me of good times. The staff is thoughtful and friendly. With only 18 rooms they quickly know their guests. This property doesn’t have the amenities of a full service hotel but that’s okay with me.

A fabulous location in Sanur , lovely room , great breakfast and the upstairs lounge is wonderful for reading & relaxing . Great staff , nothing was too much trouble .

The staff was exceptional. Maria, Op, sastra were helpful and ran a terrific hotel. If a hotel could be sweet, this one is the sweetest. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Beautiful pool. Wonderful hotel. Everything was wonderful.

The hotel is small and quiet. It’s in a great , central location. It’s about 5-6 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops in every direction. The rooms are clean but small.

Great location. Quiet and clean. Arrives at 12pm. Rooms were ready. We were given keys but told even though rooms were ready we couldn’t access the rooms until 2pm. We weren’t even staying 24 hours and knowing the rooms were ready but check in wasn’t permitted until 2pm was annoying.

The breakfast at the cafe is amazing. The pool is also really nice, and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is great value, nice and clean. Saturday night was a little noisy from music at the local pub, but it didn't last all night.

Breakfast was outstanding . Lots of choice and food delicious. Beds a little uncomfortable… air conditioner worked ok but an overhead fan would’ve been good too.
