The staff are amazing, they arranged a traditional balinese outfit for my grandson which was much appreciated. We stayed in the family suite which has two bedrooms with TVs and two bathrooms. It was very comfortable and the large verandah is a bonus. We enjoyed having a large fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. It would be a great idea to add a kitchen sink to the family suite, but apart from that everything was perfect. There is a little noise from the bar in front but the music finishes at 11.30 so not really an issue.

Great spot for the price. Two of us had the two bedroom villa - perfect for our stay. Quiet place all round, yet in a great location, close to everything. Breakfasts were great (made to order) and the pool and surrounds were also good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend if you are looking for value.

Quiet and nice First when we arrived , our room booked was not available and stayed in a very small room above the office. Second night we moved to the superior balcony room overlooking the pool which was nice but the bathroom has a bad sewer odor every time we turned the light /fan on . It upset our stomach . Reported it and they don’t know why and just sprayed . We didn’t asked and we should have for a different room. Smell was very bad the whole week . Asked other guests we met if they have bathroom sewer smell issue . Other than that location was excellent . Walkable to restaurants , shopping and beach . We will go back but not room # 206. Maybe room 101 or 102

A lovely hotel tucked away from the main road, so there was minimal traffic noise. The pool was clean, and perfect to plunge into after walking in the heat, and the grounds were well kept, The room was clean, and the bar fridge was very effective. The selection for breakfast was small, but satisfactory and tasty. The hotel organised our arrival transfer from the airport which made arrival so easy. Location is great, witha short walk to the beach, and easy to get around. This is a small, basic hotel that met my expectations, was great value for money, and I would definitely stay again. It's really hard to say what I didn't like. The fruit plate at breakfast was inconsistent, the pool didn't get sun in the late afternoon, and there are resident cats.

Central location, good breakfast, nice pool, plenty of shops and food places nearby. A few good music venues. Good food choices. Beach was a 10 minute walk down alleyways. The electric bus only had 9 seats, and was always full. Be careful when dealing with the money changers

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Loved the location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Everything is in walking distance. Ten minute walk to the beach. Realistically, there are a few things that could’ve been better: room 101 takes a while before you have hot water in the shower, but hey, it’s Bali. So what? Some people obviously complain about the limited breakfast…but it’s freshly made and if you’re still hungry or need something different, there are plenty of options nearby that aren’t expensive.

I stayed at Nesa Sanur for one night before continuing my travels, and it was a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere even though it’s close to the main street. The pool area looked lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay. For a quick stopover, it was just what I needed—quiet, convenient, and good value. Would definitely consider staying again if I’m back in Sanur.
