The food wasn't very tasteful

Staff is soft spoken and prompt but does not take care of things you ask. We are vegetarian and do not eat any meat including chicken, fish or pork. We repeated and they confirmed multiple times they will take care. But they served us dish with pieces of chicken in it. They accepted their mistake and agreed to replace our dish but the damage was done!!

Only stayed 1 night , pool and grounds were amazing, breakfast was off menu but on point and ample to choose from. Close walking to the beach. nothing

Very nice spot great street but the room was bit old and sheets not clean The towels and the sheets not clean

Bathroom clean but dated. Bathroom door didn't close properly

Everything was great but for the shower that we could not control the temp. It went from very hot to cold during a shower. I did tell the staff about this. as mentioned above. I would ask that the kitchen stock oat milk in future as it was available at all other places we stayed at.

room was very large and clean, nice and bright. Pool towels always available and we didn't have any issues getting a pool chair. Breakfast was freshly made very nice with lots of options There was a drip noise in the roof when raining

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel at home and were very helpful in every aspect. Great location!

Gardens,pool area very nice, location ,Comfortable bed ,staff very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was good Slow internet connections - kept dropping out .

We loved the staff, they were super friendly & helpful & we also loved our room, the breakfast, the outdoor area, the pool, the massages & the location. It was very central to everything, shops, restaurants & beaches. The western food at times was a little averagem, though they did their best too please.

This is a lovely resort, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff are exceptional.

Friendly staff, great room, pool and services. Perfect location with lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Breakfast and food wasn't great.

The shower was over the bath, could be dangerous for older or disabled people. The shower would not mix properly, it would go from cold the very hot without warning, would scald a small child very easily.
