Overall wonderfull stay, beautiful facilities, perfect rooms, comfortable beds, great staff, wonderful pool area, bike rental, lots of toys at the pool for children, sunrise yoga, good quality of food. Generally a good stay, it is the expectations I have towards such a high price hotel, which were not always met. It was a 10/10, but not in this price category - here I'd say 7/10. The food was a little too over the top and overly complicated, especially for breakfast. A few more down to earth options would be great. But quality was very good. More gluten free options would have been good. The organization of the service in the restaurants was too complex, during one meal there are at least 5-8 different people approaching you, which is confusing. Sometimes the waiting time was longer. We had to aligne with the reception to clarify the housekeeping in the room, some days we hadnt have cleaning until very late afternoon.

It was gorgeous! New hotel next to Regency Hyatt. Landscaping was preserved and jungle-like. Right on beach, with long walking path. Breakfast options were gourmet. Wait staff and personnel were outstanding!! Closer to airport than busy Ubud. Would not hesitate to recommend. Lego and Fabri (sp) were so kind and patient as I navigated breakfast drink options and menu. Nothing!

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It far exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and our only regret was that it wasn’t longer. We booked the deluxe king room ( 2 x adults and 1 x child) and it was one of the best rooms we have had anywhere in the world. The attention to detail is second to none- from the complimentary mini bar and snacks (excluding alcohol) to the bath bombs, to umbrellas, to robes and slippers, everything you could need it there. The terrace was beautiful- typically balinese and lots over looking the wraparound pools and greenery. Despite the hotel being busy when we stayed it never felt that way as so much care is taken to make this property a haven of serenity and tranquility. The service is first class- the value for money for a hotel of this standard was exceptional. Other highlights included the kids club : such a wonderfully clean and inviting space with warm and friendly staff and a really good variety of activities. The fisherman’s club restaurant was fantastic. There is complimentary snacks/ drinks throughout the day regardless of the package you’re on. The location is ideal for reaching the boats to explore neighbouring islands etc. We will definitely be back!! ? Honestly, nothing springs to mind

Absolutely stunning resort that exceeded all expectations. It has a magical boutique vibe and the staff have the best English I've witnessed in Bali and are so accommodating and kind. We definitely recommend a lagoon access room for double the pool options! It was perfect.
