The staffs are nice but I was kinda surprised of the room. They use local electric outlets and has no provision nor the front desk were ready to provide provision for adaptors to charge phones. The hotel should have anticipated that considering most of their guests are foreigners.

Overall ambience of the hotel is very good. Location is perfect and staffs are super helpful! The rooms are clean and have a balcony too. Breakfast needs to be improved. At least they can add some cereals, milk/yougurt and/or add famous local dishes including Bubur Ayam which is always there in most hotels in Bali.

The grounds are lovely with beautiful gardens and traditional Balinese art. The rooms are comfortable with balconies or patios. Breakfast is simple: eggs, fruit, and bread but fresh. Overall a great and affordable hotel with very kind staff in a safe location. Water pressure

Some of the local restaurants and the swimming pool was beautiful. The restaurant was great, but staff communication was not good. The staff were not very helpful. I asked for a room downstairs and was not given one. I am a solo traveler in my early 60's and have arthritis and found it difficult to walk the steps. The staff wouldn't give me a room downstairs. There are a lot of stairs in the place.

The staffs never smile and not willing to help at all. We had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves and they didn’t give luggage storage service. We tried to leave behind the luggage while we went to Nusa Penida but they didn’t accept. Worst service ever.

food at the coffee shop same as restaurant both good value and tasty the hot water in shower was dangerously hot ...the mixer didn't work

Location. Older traditional Bali style and atmosphere. The restaurant had great food and great value. One of the original Hotels before Bali was discovered. Most guests are older returning guests. No young families with noisy kids or young party goers. We requested a king bed which was subject to availability. On arrival we were informed this is a twin room but they could push the beds together if we want? It was late at night and we felt it was an inconvenience to ask them to do this. We already requested a king bed in advance they could have done this for us prior to our arrival.

Great location, quiet but spas, shops, restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute walk to the beach Shower pressure not good and it barely worked half the time. Didn’t cater for gluten free, not much choice at breakfast and staff lady I asked about this was quite abrupt and rude.

My check in is delayed 15 mins though not notified me in advance. There was guests coming with swimsuit to the lobby, The pool creates some humidity around 1F rooms. not much variety in breakfast

We only stayed for half day as we were waiting for a night flight. Staff friendly. Grounds and hotel looked accommodating. Best thing was the massage I had… The room wasn’t the best. Was a standard room , as I said it got us by for half the day.. I did notice mould ? on lounge chair in room, and room quite dark No aircon at reception. It was SO hot
