The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay (my wife’s 40th) truly memorable. The pool was clean and cooling. The bathroom was tidy and fresh and the staff were amazing. Property shuttle was going to take too long. We found an alternative (with the help of wonderful staff).

The staff were great The bed was extremely old and has lost all softness, the pillows were rock hard, there is a disgusting smell in the room that they cover with a strong air freshener but that unfortunately does not do the job, we were not able to sleep through the night and checked out the next day.

I loved it!! The staff is very friendly and they refill your water whenever you want to. After I checked out they let me use the outdoor shower and proved me a towel. Highly recommend. The beach is a 7 min walk and great spots for ford nearby walking distance too!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The pool and swimming area stunning and the staff were so kind. The breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one evening but we'll def be back to stay again!

Lovely well kept human scale hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Cute restaurant and events throughout the week, with many small restaurants to explore in the neighbourhood. Beach chairs are good once you get to them. Beach chairs are a bit further than the closest beach access, and aren’t well labeled, but fine once you know! Some more variety in the Indonesian breakfast options would have been icing on the cake for a longer stay.

Very clean, stylish rooms. Outdoor bathroom was lovely. Hotel is a short walk to the beach and yoga studio.

The black bed Cover is not good, shoud me change to white coloured. Breafkfast to simple. no another choices.

A truly beautiful hotel in Sanur. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were superb and clearly very well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — easily a 10/10 — with everything we needed close by while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Our room was perfect: comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would happily stay here again. Also HUGE benefit having beds available on the beach - what an added bonus! Nothing :)

Hotel is compact but room is spacious and clean. All the rooms are surrounding the pool. It feels like I am in a hidden resort. Nice balcony with pool view. Friendly staffs.

The staff was first class. They went above an beyond for my son's birthday - wasn't expected and was such a nice gesture. Understanding and very kind - all the front staff and receptionist as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. The only staff that wasn't great, was the greeter at the front. When we arrived, he just stood there and didn't offer any help. My female driver carried the luggage while I attended to my son and carry ons. When we asked him to take a photo of us, he just stared and moved slowly. Other than that, the breakfast was great, tasty and the hotel met my standards. Thank you to everyone for a great stay!
