The staff were exceptionally helpful. We chose this hotel because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. Initially, I was uncertain about the safety of the ramp up to the lobby, as it is steep and I worried about risk. However, the staff were always available to help and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They also had a wheelchair that we could use at the hotel. The vibe is relaxing and peaceful, and just what what we needed. Thank you to Mirah, Dewi, Antari, and other staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning, porters) who were all very helpful, offering assistance whenever needed.

Staff were fantastic, always welcoming and accomodating. There was no exception to this .Rooms, pool and restaurant were always well serviced and location perfect, close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are getting tired but still very adequate. The restaurant food could do with improvement, particularly hotter bain maries (food warmers) and like any hotel a sheet as well as doona as the latter can be too hot.

I probably had the worst room in the hotel. It had no balcony or patio unlike other rooms and the window didn't open. So, drying clothes took forever. Also, after cleaning the chemical smell stayed for a long time since I couldn't air the room. They charge guests for using lounges at the beach. I think it's unusual, facilities should be free if you are staying in the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. A bit away from city centre though. We arrived after 2pm but our rooms were not ready and they make us wait for 30mins to prepare second room. rest was fine

Loved this boutique hotel. The staff are all lovely and greeted us with smiles. The room was huge and bed super comfy. Food in the main restaurant, particularly breakfast, was amazing. There is also a Japanese and a Turkish restaurant on-site as well. The pool was great. The only tiny little negative was the lighting in the bathroom was too dim, but we are still giving this review a 10/10. Bathroom lighting

The staff, especially Aprilia, Antira and Astika were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Loved the morning (included) buffet. Nothing to add here, keep up the excellent work!

The staff at Taksu were ever so friendly and welcoming and accomodating. They always greeted you and had big smiles on their faces. The rooms were big and spacious and very clean. We had a lovely view from our balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was exceptional, a wonderful variety in the buffet. The pool was amazing, a perfect temperature to swim in. We were able to check out of our room at midday and leave our bags there which were stored for us for the remainder of the day until our evening flight. We were still able to use the facilites and have a shower down near the pool before we headed off to the airport which was fabulous. Location was good, within walking distance to everything. Nothing

I’m a regular visitor to the hotel and generally stay here because the room are generous sizes and facilities excellent. Breakfast could be a little better … although it’s most certainly adequate

The staff were fabulous, polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. When we had a complaint about our room, the staff tried twice to resolve it. When they realized we still weren’t satisfied, they promptly changed our room. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and varied, and the food was delicious and well prepared. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everywhere. Nothing, everything is perfect.
