walking distance to beach but beach was littered w a lot of plastic. had a fridge but wasn't good temp and ruined the fruit i put inside black mold in bathroom, gaing hole in celing dripping down. wifi was barely working and i was forced to use my whole data card to get basic wifi work done. ac remote didnt work well and i froze w ac on one night and no one answered my 8 calls and texts-starting at 7pm. another time it wouldn't turn on and i was melting. onsite staff is helpful but management doesn't answer texts.

Walking distance to the beach. It had a refrigerator and a kettle and I really appreciated those details. I had a balcony with birds singing in the morning from the trees outside and that was really nice. The price was also super cheap so you get what you pay for… There was also a small pool which wasn’t listed but if you like swimming in chlorine, it’s there. I wish I had checked out some of the other rooms before I unpacked and got settled in mine. My room had two beds pushed together, so I had that uncomfortable seam in the middle and I scouted out some of the other rooms that had normal full beds and no black mold in the ceiling. Some of the rooms are way better than others so if you are going to check in ask to see a couple rooms and choose the best one. As all the reviews are saying, it was definitely quite dirty. My room also had black mold in the ceiling from a leak. I ended up staying anyway, because it was super convenient for an event that I was going to, but otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else for sure. The staff was present and helpful.

There was nothing to like. Bad from the start. Dirty sheets and pillows. Ants on the bed. No fridge as per the description. No toiletries as per the description. Bathroom was filthy.

The young man at the reception desk was excellent. He made good management decisions about my booking. I had problems with my card being scammed and he accepted that I was real and could be trusted.

Close to the beach and local shops, including supermarkets. Good range of TV channels. No shampoo, no spoons, forks, knives, plates, cups, bowls, no tea or coffee, no food.

Close to beach and downtown Sanur Lots of broken lights/lamps , no products for shower , sounded like rats in walls !

Nothing went well and I left and didnt sleep there The room was grotty and the bedding and towels had stains on them. The television didnt work and there was no hot water so I left and didnt stay the night
