Perfect place to stay if needed to be near the bus station.Clean, safe and helpful staff. The room was on the small but comfortable. Breakfast was okay The lighting in the room was poor.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Room needed a good clean and refurbishing, especially the doors. Unfortunately fellow guests didn’t adhere to the hotel requirements for peace and consideration for others after 10pm. Lots of noise and shouting beyond midnight.

Location close to Tietê, fine breakfast for the money and helpful staff. Would stay here again if I need a place to stay close to Tiete Everything was as explained by the website

Good location next to the bus terminal. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Felt like sleeping on the floor. Not cleaned very thoroughly. Loud music from club nearby

Within walking distance from Tietê Bus Stop. Breakfast was good. Room on front side of hotel and next to road, and a lot of disturbance and hooting noises early morning from 04H00. Room walls require paint or cleaning.

Very good localization if you want to travel from the Tiete bus station. Very close to the shopping center as well. I recommend if you need a sleepover before further travel.

Everything EXCEPT being put in a roadside room with 2 missing panes of glass ! You simply cannot do that. Extraordinarily loud traffic noise. We couldn't sleep. Otherwise the staff were great minding our suitcases for us while we went to the Pantanal. Great location for a short walk to Tiete Bus terminal to catch the brilliant buses. See above. Super compromised windowless room with light weight aluminium shutters to protect against loud traffic. Zero sleep.

It was very clean, white bedding ant it seems that had recently been upgraded. In my opinion for a transitional trip, it was perfect. I highly recommend.

Very good location, nearly from the bus terminal. I could let my baggage there the whole day for free after checkout because my connection left in the evening. Everybody was very nice.
