Hotel Brigadeiro

The staff are nice and helpful, but they don't speak English.

Location, that is the only good thing The rooms are old, nor fully cleaned,very noisy, staff not too friendly, but the people that use it is not as a love motel, as the price is too high for that but the facility is not in good shape and needs a better cleaning routine.

The AC does not work. It was hot as hell.

The hotel is close to the Paulista Avenue, the staff are responsive and the room and cleanning were fine. For the price it is applicable. If you need to be there for 2 or 3 days it`s good. Room service stated to be 24 hours service bur a water after 10pm could not be delivered to the room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful with me needing to leave luggage. They also brought it to my room and helped me move it on leaving day. Excellent location. Hotel has good facilities for a basic hotel. Bed was big and comfortable. Only small thing was the bathroom door had no way to close, not a problem for me by myself but I'm glad I wasn't travelling with someone else.

The location was good and the breakfast was good! The entrances hall was nice. The room were so old, the mattress so uncomfortable! One night we found some cockroaches IN OUR MATTRESS!!!!!! Horrible, I panicked and they changed us room but they did not apologise. The elevator is scary, the first room we had was smelling so bad at the entrance and the door lock did not work properly.

Good structure and clean spaces. Staff were nice and really helpful as well.

hotel kitchen staff of as polite and helpful. room and bathroom was comfy evening staff at reception didn't know any English and was rude and misleading about luggage hold. literally asked me to take luggage out at 9pm which wasn't specified earlier at the time of keeping the luggage.

Location, simplicity. Massive issue with noise pollution from every other room’s air-conditioning outside the window that didn’t allow a good sleep at all. The window could not be closed either, also the sound from coridor - in this setting and location, windows and doors should be priority.

Localization is great I think that the breakfast could be better

Disappointing

Brigadeiro's location is excellent, you can reach the metro on Avenida Paulista just by walking 3 quarters, there is a small market nearby and breakfast is good. Parking is small but manageable, if you leave your key they manage to fit all cars and I had no problems with having a rental car. They cleaned the room daily which I appreciate. Hotel needs more investment, there was a mattress in the hall, and the wall paint was falling down. With these adjustment this could be a top-notch option for executives

Location was nice Staff does not speak English (even reception), the rooms had a weird smell, the shower was moldy and dripping. The breakfast was very humble and simple (did not have any protein like Eggs only cold cuts and 3 kind of fruits)

Stayed for one night, the price was good for the location. The location was safe and the staff held our bags after check out. Provided breakfast, although it was simple. The bathroom had ants and seemed like it could’ve been cleaned again. The beds just had two sheets. The staff didn’t speak any English (not a Con) just a bit hard to communicate.

Wi-fi was very poor, I couldn't work from there, so I had to check out one day earlier.

Location only. My bed sheet wasn’t clean. I could find hair and some marks on it. Shower accessories very poor.
