Rubems the receptionist on duty at the time helped us to solve the issues that we had and went far and beyond to help us have a good stay. The location is good and the breakfast is good as well The receptionist on duty affects how your stay will be, Rubens was great but the other receptionist at checkout is extremely arrogant and even followed us down the street to tell us we had to get back for checkout in 4 hours even though we were well within our reserved time.

Breakfast was same every day. Only changed type of cake served. The juices served were not pure juice they were, in my estimation, 50% fruit and 50% water with added sugar, not good. I expected in room availability of tea and coffee facilities / service. I also expected more flexibility from staff particularly with regard to airline schedule change which is beyond the control of the guest. There was allowance made for delayed flight departures from else where which resulted in having to reduce the stay duration, the staff argued that the booking not refundable, I paid for a night which I did not use Breafast could have been much better. Paying for unused nights.

The location of the hotel is great, with most services you'll need reachable by foot. The employees were really nice and helpful with any requests, though one could notice they were a bit overloaded. Employees are clearly overloaded, and the room is really basic with no frills, not even water is offered in the room so you're all by yourself.

Located not far from Metro station. Breakfast is good, although it is same every day, I still left full each day. Room is clean, shower works fine. Could use plug outlet near bed for phone charging. Staff didnt speak English but I could communicate well enough with Google Translate. Hotel is on busy street with a lot of traffic noise, and on weekends, there is crowd noise from bars at night. It is not so loud that sleep is a problem for me, though.
