The Luxe rooms, though old, have a faded elegance as has the restaurant and breakfast room. The WiFi signal was poor or non existent in my 7th floor bedroom ( there are 14 floors) and I frequently had to access in the ground floor foyer

Cereal at breakfast was out of service date so that it tasted bad. We complained to them on the first day. Only on the third day it was changed. The hotel facilities are too old. The elevator made so much noises that waked up us

Good location. Neighborhood doesn’t feel safe, hotel a bit outdated, but gives older time feeling. Breakfast basic, but all tasty. Room is very basic, outdated. Only soap bar for hygiene.

The staff was amazing, we arrived very early in the morning after a night flight. They arranged that we could enter the room at 10 am. We didn't have to wait till 2pm. The day off leaving we could stay longer in the room because our flight was in the evening. Nothing

I was travelling from India and It was a pleasant stay and location is in center of the city, everything was nearby by cab and even walking distance. I didnt upload pictures as I'm rating from laptop. Photos are in mobile. But the pictures shown online in google and booking.com are real. Nothing as such but yeah the mirrors in the rooms were old and the switches in the room were like science laboratory. Nothing bothering to be honest.

This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the reception are always there and helpful, the bar and restaurant are exceptional. I did not really want to go anywhere else. Its old school New York feel and the staff will tailor service to your request. Exceptional. Nothing. It was perfect. Unbelievable value for money.

We only had breakfast at the hotel: the coffee was very good! They offered fresh fruit, though limited varieties of everything else. I'm not a big breakfast person, so it was just fine. The room didn't have "normal" windows... we weren't there during the day so didn't prove to be a problem. The bathroom had mold in the shower area -
