Broken window and too much noise from the street. The bathroom is a bit narrow.

Good value, good breakfast, decent facilities Pretty much the only thing is that this hotel is just above a fe restaurants that play loud music till midnight and so if you're looking for a quiet place then this is a major disadvantage. Other then that, its mostly good.

Very good breakfast The room is tiny, so not recommendable for more than 1-2 nights. The neighborhood didn't feel very safe.

Only that the place or surroundings in which the hotel is located does not seem safe enough because there are a lot of homeless people taking drugs I think there are no tourists there, only Brazilians

Clean, good breakfast.Room with only three beds. Not very comfortable.Rooms can do with at least one chair.

Actually nothing but some of the staff. It's clean. The location is absolutely not for girls, ladies and solo travelers. It's a dangerous area infested with so many unruly people on the road. Rooms esp dormataoris are too small, too low n uncomfortable . It's claustrophobic. Rooms are smaller than a cab..

Very Clean with a great breakfast. Some of the younger front desk staff require basic customer service training.

Close to tube station with direct train to the airport. Reception 24/7. Good wifi, clean, nice staff. We could leave our bagpacks after check out. I have never seen so many drugs addicts and homeless people in my life. When we arrived at night we were affraid to leave the taxi. Noisy until late hour. Glass in our window was broken. Room is extremly small (we got smaller room than on booking website). Breakfast is poor, canteen - very small and crowded.
