I like that it was clean and staff was always ready to assist. The location definitely doesn’t look safe.

This hotel was a good one. The staff was great, and the place was consistently kept clean. The elevator made it very comfortable and efficient to enter and exit the hotel. Although the Wi-Fi was not always the strongest, it held up for the most part. Breakfast was not bad and included multiple fruits, proteins and even dessert. The location is one of the best I've stayed while in Brazil by far - right in the downtown of the city. Close to many grocery stores, restaurants, parks, so many other wonderful places to walk by and see. The bathroom in my room was Tiny and very uncomfortable to walk in and out of. The sink was so tiny and there was very limited space to use. Water had to get dumped on the floor constantly while using the sink. The toilet was too big for the space and this specifically required shuffling of feet to even walk in & out! Unfortunately, remodeling everything probably won't be possible at this point, unless the hotel is willing to spend lots of money.

Wonderful Breakfast! - Very good Price for what I booked - Good Internet connection - clean - and the place in the city is great!, not dangerous at all (is my impression) so that I could return after Midnight without problem - is more a hotel (which was good for me this time!) - if you are looking for a hostel where you meet people to share your time, this is not really the place to be - If you are looking to have a great time on your own, this is the place Everything was good - air conditioner a bit loud and at the WE, my room was a bit loud (but I guess everywhere in SP is like this)

The hotel is in clean, has a payment service for water and bottled drinks. Late check outs and spacious rooms. Staff is very kind and professional. The hotel is in the downtown of Sao Paulo and by night is not the best area for tourists. However, it's a very good starting point to explore the city by day.

The worst place in the city. Room NOT clean. I found spiders in the bathroom, and many bed bugs in the bed. Staff NOT nice. I was asked to move from my bedroom to another one, because there was a mistake during the reservation. The staff asked me to pay extra. The breakfast is NOT good. Everything was frozen or just disgusting. The place is NOT great. I heard so many noises during the night, inside the building and outside. My room was in front of a parc with many homeless people. At the end I was supposed to stay 2 night, I stayed only one, and I ran away. I DON’T recommend this place.

Close to everything central. Staff were extremely helpful with requests. Very clean. The hotel is older but appears to be renovated. Shower good but luke warm sometimes.

Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Service was friendly. Convenient location - close to lots ot shopping and the vale, a gigantic walkway. Location was also a bit sketchy. I was warned a couple times about the dangers of being robbed, but had no problem.

Well, good value for the money, but still some things to be fixed for the customers. Quite filling breakfast for good price, location is just 10 minutes walking from Subway, which is convenient. The room smelled cigarettes like never cleaned it. The bed was with a bedsore.

The receptionist was very informative and communicative all the time. He even helped me purchase my plane ticket back to where I had been with my Brazilian online banking, "pix".
