I like the location and the rooms had AC, towels, sheets, fridge, bathroom, soap and shampoo The breakfast wasn’t the best, and in the rooms not all hair dryers work

The young man working reception was very good. Very nice and attentive. You generally get friendly staff everywhere in Latin America though so that's a moot point., The place itself has definitely seen better days. The walls in the kitchen and elsewhere are dirty. (No excuse for that.) The bed was so soft it felt like falling into it.

My room's lock closed, and they didn't make much of an effort to improve my situation. I literally slept with my door open, having to place chairs and bags behind the door to ensure no one would get in.

The hostel is really Nice, i loved the room at the first floor corridor. The place is quiet and nicely situated for street carnaval. Staff was really nice. They let us leave our backpack after checkout for us to go enjoy the afternoon.

Hotel is located on a vibrant lively street with easy walk to Avenida Paulista. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-out time prolonged until 12 which is very convenient. The breakfast was not the best and the general hygiene standard of the building could be raised a bit.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was not very good. Could not access it from our room.

Continental breakfast. pizza place on same block. air conditioning. toilet to close to the wall, uncomfortable for large person like myself. mattress very firm, and fitted bed sheet too small for the mattress. broken electrical outlets.

it’s a great hotel if you want to save money and visit main city atractions. Hotel is near to many atraction by uber( about 10-15 reais to Downtown, avenida paulista, and many other). Literally is 2 feets to Yatch Club ( gay club). Staff is very kind and friendly, they always were able to help me and my friends. Some details: you must ensure if you are booking and air conditioner room (in my case I was pretty sure), breakfast is enought for starting a day, but you will need to eat lunch soon. Maybe hotel must change bath doors.
