Very comfortable accommodations, which is located in a safe area and close to shopping and eateries. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bring your translator app because most of the staff only speak Brazilian Portuguese.
-
Good location close to Paulista avenue, great restaurants close to the hotel. The room was great, very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a nice selection. Pool was a nice bonus!
-
Location, staff, facilities, breakfast Room layout too cramped and lack of lighting
-
Wifi is not very strong, which is weird. Fitnessroom is miniscule. Some of restaurant staff really needs some proper training, you can tell that there is some lack from hotel management. The room service doesn't work through their website

Staff, pool, masseuse, Lounge, quiet, view of plaza next door, green wall.

It was simple and clean. The outside view of my window! It was a huge black building which was blocking all the view and sunlight.

Cute boutique hotel. Rooms are a little smaller than we would’ve liked. Staff were exceptional!!!

Outstanding! I loved my stay there and will certainly go back when in São Paulo! Nothing, absolutely perfect!

The place is new and modern. Its bar/cafe is open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. The location is clean and nice. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I asked the cafe if they could write ‘Happy Birthday’ in chocolate on the dessert plate, but the chef said it was impossible and they could not do anything. This level of service was upsetting - every cafe does this. The hotel has a rooftop pool; sometimes there can be scorching, but for some reason there are no sun umbrellas provided around the pool, so it can be difficult to stay there longer and enjoy it.

Great location! The rooms were smaller than expected

Everything was excellent but unfortunately the parking car service was bad. They charged me 140BRL but the correct was 70BRL. They refunded me later, but I needed to call them feel times to asking it

The staff were so polite and very helpful. I was not happy with my room on arrival but Francisco and Fernando were both very patient and helpful and stayed with me until I settled in a room I was comfortable with. I also met Alice who was lovely. I wish I'd met her sooner. We had a great conversation and she even delivered a chocolate bar and touching note to my room to say goodbye on my last night. The rooftop pool is beautiful and very peaceful. It's overpriced in my opinion. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. I'm glad I went alone and didn't have to share it with anyone. The wi-fi in the rooms were terrible until I got upgraded to the 10th floor, so if you're looking to do any work that requires a connection make sure you get a room on a high floor. The gym (if you can call it that) is ridiculously small.

Friendly efficient staff. Good location and food. Super shower and comfy beds. Hearing other people shower. A design fault.
