Nice and comfortable place, very good for family.

The price I paid was above the market. And the hotel was supposed to reimburse over 500 reais, charged by the booking without my consent. I am deeply distressed. The hotel must immediately reimburse the initial fee charged to my account without my consent to avoid legal consequences

Breakfast could be a better. Scrambled eggs are usually too dry or too soggy...

The place is very nice — it’s downtown, close to everything, and I’d say it’s pretty safe for a big city like SP. Well, I was planning to have dinner at A Casa do Porco, but they’re closed on Sunday nights. Unfornutely

The hotel is situated in an interesting neighborhood, located across from the excellent restaurant Casa do Porco, the iconic Copan building, and the Consolação Church. However, the area doesn’t feel particularly safe. There are many homeless individuals in the vicinity, which can feel intimidating at times. Some staff members like Ellen, Jazmín and Brenda are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, other employees seem indifferent to guests’ needs. Generally speaking, recommendations and assistance are not readily offered, and the overall atmosphere lacks warmth and hospitality. This hotel primarily caters to Brazilian guests, which results in reception staff having only basic communication skills in Spanish or English. There were some administrative issues during my stay. I wasn’t provided with a receipt upon checkout, nor was I given the opportunity to review my bill. Additionally, minibar prices weren’t listed anywhere in the room. The hotel lacks meeting facilities. Outside of the guest rooms, there is not a comfortable space to conduct online meetings. The room itself doesn’t offer coffee or tea-making facilities. The plastic room key cards frequently malfunction, making it frustrating to have to return to reception multiple times for reactivation. On a positive note, the room was comfortable and featured excellent blackout curtains that completely darkened the space when desired.

The location, friendly personell Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not 4 Stars I recently stayed at this so-called 4-star hotel, but it was far from what was advertised. The room was old and dirty, with a filthy bathroom and broken tiles. The hairdryer didn’t work either. The hallways were extremely noisy, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The photos showed a beautiful swimming pool and gym, but in reality, both were outdated and poorly maintained. The gym was filled with old, worn-out equipment, and the pool looked so uninviting that I didn’t even want to swim in it. Breakfast was another disappointment – the same limited selection every single day, with hardly any variety. Overall, this hotel is nowhere near a 4-star experience. I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations are made.

Staff was great. Breakfast good. Location good for Centro Wi-Fi was realty unreliable

The location was good and the bed big and the mattress comfortable. They were some dirty places like all around fridge handle and the fridge was full of stuff to buy, I had to empty it to put a beer inside. It was heavy construction in front of the hotel, noisy and dusty. The food was average, nothing interesting.

The room was comfortable and reasonably well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient for downtown and city-wide access (metro stop nearby) but everyone advises you to be extra careful, especially at night. There are many interesting and good quality coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The bathroom had a problem with the toilet. When flushing, the water would keep running until you fumbled with the buttons a couple of times. A promise to have the issue fixed went nowhere. There are no outlets near the bed. The only functioning outlets are next to the desk. You may need an extension cord or multiple plug adaptor to power your computer and electronics.

The location is great and it is probably the biggest property highlight . The room spacious, clean and quiet. The furniture is adequate and in good shape. Bed is confortable and in good size. Breakfast is nice, above average, with good options. Staff is kind. The bathroom is nice but, in my room, the shower´s water flow could be stronger. The direction of the flow was not straight.

This was my second stay at Slaviero. I love the location, the spacious room with loads of storage space and good air conditioning and the friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was not very clean this time and there was no hot water in the shower.
