The hotel reception processed three pre-authorizations and confirmed at checkout that all had been reversed. Despite this, almost a month later I was still required to make three international calls to ensure that all pre-authorizations were properly cancelled.

The property is very nice, comfortable, generally very well kept, clean and looks very new. Breakfast was extremelly crowded on saturday.

Renovation looks great, hotel and room very clean, excellent food, really nice staff, love the holiday parties there…. The gym could be a bit more spacious but still very nice! The carpet on the bed room is also a bit dated but still very clean.

Quiet, clean and very confortable. No structure for kids, AC too cold and heated pool not heated.

The breakfast and restaurante options. The host at the restaurant did not tell us upon entering that lunch would end in 15 minutes. We paid a buffet price and only had 15 mintues to dine. There happen to be a party next door during our stay. Loud music played until 3am. It was a terrible nights rest.

Facilities, especially the sauna and pool area, need an uplift. Location is not great if you want to explore the city as you will have to rely on taxi. Breakfast was disappointing (limited choices compared to other Grand Hyatts).

Staff amazing. I got sick and went beyond and above to help out. They sent the paramedic to my room and concierge sent someone to get me food. Checking up with me constantly. Felt very safe. Food was amazing. All amazing experience Nothing to be honest.
