The rooms are very large Though there is a kitchen it had no utensils no kettle or coffee maker nothing

Location, breakfast was fine, staff at the reception is very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was only in the bedroom and it was very weak. When we arrived I found hairs on the sink counter, it was unpleasant. It was kinda clean, but not enough obviously. The hotel is old, they do their best to keep it in a good shape, but it’s just old. Very small swimming pool with a cold water and the gym is only for three people. Breakfast was fine. It had everything you need with a good quality. The towels are super thin. The bed was ok. Good pillows. So overall it’s was fine, I just think it was expensive for the experience that I received. Next time I will choose another hotel or airbnb.

The location is excellent and the hotel room is fantastic. The car service in the morning was litlle slow.

The Room. The fact that I can't charge my devices while I was at breakfast.

Very nice staff, the bedrrom is spacious with a small kitchen with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is good size. Everything is very clean. There were no plates and cutlery in the room. We asked at the reception, and they have promptly provided us. Ideally, it would be available in the room.

location, staff gym is pretty bad, sauna wasnt on and no explanations how or when it would be on

Mercure brand is usually pretty good.. this place was in a poor state of repair and in desperate need of an overhaul....

Very nice and diligent service. They really helped us to get around the city and also were very kind to keep our luggage in safe storage until the evening. Very comfortable bed, very clean room, and perfect location. The only thing I'd like to have had is a coffee machine in the room, and maybe something like a bottle of water (the refrigerator had several drinks but they were soda type). A complimentary bottle of water wouldn't hurt and it helps, especially when you arrive late from work or the airport, with a slight dehydration.

Lack of staff during breakfast service.

The breakfast was small but as expected. It provided what I needed, but nothing more. The room was a suite and only the bedroom had an air conditioner. It was not powerful enough to cool the entire suite.

The rooms are more like small flats, with a kitchen sink, mini fridge and microwave, so it's great if you go with small kids. The bed was super comfy. There's a living room with a sofa and a big modern Smart TV. The staff is super attentive. Overall, a great experience. There's a major drawback: the windows are very old (probably from the 80/90s) and don't have noise cancelling. The noises from the streets REALLY get into the bedroom. You can clearly hear the cars, trucks, motorcycles beeping, construction workers... If you're planning on staying here for relaxing, I don't recommend this hotel at all.
