I really like how close it is to every possible need (drugstores, gas stations, supermarkets and etc), and also how easy it is to move around the neighborhood. Regarding the hotel itself there’s nothing to say, on the other hand, the staff wasn’t that helpful or polite, they clearly didn’t want to be there.

some floors were in better shape than others.

Location The hotel needs to be updated. Old windows that don’t shut properly; the shower doesn’t work well, the toilet gets soaked after a shower

Good location, nice neighborhood, easy walking distance to Ibirapuera Parque and local restaurants. Very tight rooms and bathroom. Shower had no hot water. One of the lifts didn’t work.
