As duas esteiras ergométricas estavam quebradas.

The location is great, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant is good and opening hours is also good. There is a 24-hour mini-market and a mini laundry. The room is decent, but the noise insulation is pretty bad. Not only I can hear noise coming from the aisles and other rooms, but the worse is the noise of airplanes landing at the nearby airport. Also, the rate was very high for what was offered, understanding that it may have been due to an event held in the city during the week.

Bed, room space, smart tv Small bathroom, specially shower

Well located three star hotel, with friendly staff, good breakfast and some interesting add-ons (laundry, 24hs minimarket). Rooms have rather simple furniture and the shower could have some extra space, but everything was sparkling clean and mattress/linen are of good quality. Windows could isolate the noise from low-passing aircraft a little more.

Good location, the size of the room was also very good. Breakfast was quite reasonable as well. The staff was also very helpfull. The property is a little rundown. It requires some maintenance. I get the impression that a renewal in the overall facilities is required. For example, the exaust fan at the bathroom was not working, so the area get very humid after shower.

Location as I was near family residing nearby, room size, comfortable bed (although leaning towards the centre of the room), great shower, toiletries available, breakfast included which was also pretty decent Couldn't operate the heating in the room and the safety box was not working, technician took it away on the first day and it was never seen again

It was a positive experience. Clear information about neighborhoods.

The room was well equipped and well presented. The bed as on previous visits was large and comfortable. I like to try and be positive and on previous occasions I have praised this hotel. Has it changed hands? The staff were not unhelpful but they were surly. However the biggest deterioration was in the breakfast. It was poorly presented. The cooked parts were cold. The coffee was not refilled sufficiently frequently. There were cups but no saucers. There was no extra cutlery. The fruit and cold meats were poorly presented. There were only sweet cakes and no savoury items. Between guests the tables were brushed but not wiped In all it was not a pleasant experience and bore no comparison to the previous stay three months earlier.

Location and breakfast were good. Noyse of the aircrafts.

Nothing they could possibly do about it, but planes flying by from the Congonhas are really loud and can wake you up early in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Was a bit basic and needed refurbishment. It was very noisy throughout the night.

Good facilities, clean and very nice breakfast. We stayed for two nights. I asked the staff (a man) for a quiet room upon check in and I was told they would provide one. I insisted on this because my wife is pregnant and she needs to rest several times during the day. We got a room in a low floor and on the side facing the avenue, hearing every single bus pass by. I went back down to request a change to a higher floor and quieter room and I was told by the same man that the hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available. I checked availability in Booking.com and there were many available rooms for that very same night. Too much noise from buses and passing aircrafts. No electricity plugs on both sides of the bed. Booking advertises property with parking, but actually it is not, it is a different company and you have to pay it on top of the hotel room.

The breakfast was good. I had a really unpleasant experience at the Hotel. The front desk was not prepared to handle the amount of tasks and long cues. First of all, there was no communication that the Hotel pool was not working (this was one of the factors of why we decided to go there). We had booked in two bookings and we were told there was no need to change rooms. However, later we were asked to change rooms and we had the reorganize our personal plans based on that. Once I got back to the Hotel during the night I was not able to enter the Hotel because the room for the second day didn’t had my name on it. The front desk simply lost my name and I had to wake my brother up in the middle of the night to be able to enter my room. Another unpleasant surprise was that the employees communicated different times for the start of breakfast. The amenities of the hotel are outdated. We can see stains in our towels and even on the ceiling of the toilet. The elevator was constantly not recognizing the room keys and we had to do several trips to the front desk to magnetize them again and again. I’m deeply disappointed and I regret this unpleasant and stressful experience. I’m not even mentioning the constant airplane noises that were not blocked by the thin windows they had. The worst part is overpaying for a service that definitely needs improvement. I do not recommend it.
