Quite environment No cat service. That's really poor. I almost missed my exam cos I could not get a cab. And the hotel could not help out.

The bed was very soft and the shower was warm. No soap at all, no tooth paste, the air conditioning wasn't working, no drinkable water.

Absolutely nothing. Hotel does not provide shampoo. All facilities are very poor, in bad quality and dirty. Toilet has a tiny sink on the corner, too close to the toilet seat. Shower area is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, which has a poor sealing and shower water runs underneath it, watering the bedroom floor. There are two massive holes on the shower roof. And the hotel is located in a busy avenue with high flow of buses all day, instaled in a dangerous neighbourhood. A very deplorable place where I will never come back!
