Location is good. Nice, safe neighbourhood. The very good breakfast. Quite comprehensive. Big, comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Sustainability-focused practices. Why would a hotel NOT provide complimentary drinking water for its guests? Only drinking water in the rooms were available in the overpriced mini bars. Not cool. Also cleaning can be a little better. The housekeeping staff regularly missed some spots in the bathroom.

The location, great area. Room was comfortable and big. Good breakfast and the staff were really kind. Nothing, all was good.

Very pleasant stay again. Very nice breakfast, restaurant. Love the pool but it would now benefit from some repairs, and so would the surroundings and in particular sun umbrellas. Pool needs some attention.

The location is great with lots of walk-in distances restaurants, bar, pharmacy, etc. The room had a good size, bed and shower very good with a nice touch of having the Phytoervas brand for the shampoo, conditioner and soap all around. Breakfast could be better. There was no much variety and I was expecting more for the price and the coffee could be better.

Breakfast - Excellent! The room is ample and comfortable. Bathroom ok/ nice shower. But - with no ammenities, at all: Soap (Bar) too small; No box with tissue paper; bed-side lighting very poor; no drawers; working desk too small; no stationary items (not even a notepad or a pen); bedside table unstable, with no drawers and no lamp.

The location is excellent. It is close to the best restaurants and bars in Sao Paulo. It is also close to Ibirapuera park and the domestic airport in Sao Paulo. The city was full because of F1, but the staff was poorly trained for helping and communicating in english. We had difficult time trying to get our room in the way it was booked. Felt disrespected. I would not stay again.
