The beds are atrocious, hard as a rock. Very poor quality mattress. The most important part of a hotel is the comfort of the beds, without a good night sleep the rest is irrelevant.

The location is great, although this time there’s road works just outside that make the entrance and exit difficult. The staff’s service is great. Breakfast service was very crowded which made difficult to find where to sit in the mornings, and there weren’t many options to eat, but it’s understandable considering that this is a value hotel. Either way, organization of the breakfast room could be improved. Coffee machines were broken, which led to long lines to get coffee and one of them was overflowing on the bottom tray which soiled the cups and wasn’t paid attention right away which ended with a long line of dirty people ?. Those kind of details can be improved.

The best Ibis I’ve ever stayed. Very comfortable, clean room, good shower, nice bedding. Tv signal kept failing, the mini fridge was plugged in but didn’t work.

Nothing, never back to here the room is really small, the bed not confortable, and noised by the thing wall restaurants nothing good , the waitress not take attention, area cold and dark, area without restaurants options near to, for avoid to eat in hotel,

The staff is amazing. The location is excellent.

The staff was very helpful The facilities in my room 1127 are in disrepair. A cap on the toilet is broken, a lever to close the window is broken. Priced higher than better hotels in the region. I probably won’t stay there again. Elevators failed.
