breakfast is ok. I leave a email address for invoice, but didn't send me yet. luckily I ask for a pape one incase they forgot it. and they forgot it at the end.

Rooms need updating. Bathroom till looks like it has mold in the grout. I had a 2250 flight. They couldn’t give me a room for a few hours. But they were gracious enough to hold our bags. Thank you very much. That helped.

No complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms, and the bathroom was claustrophobically tiny. Practically no space to store your toileteries.

Old facility, hotel apartment also, so no good service, stuff very layback!! Cleanness so so,, one day ok the other terrible Food very limited and expensive! Reception and lobby area super uncomfortable! Location no more than that!

They also have a fine dining restaurant and bar. Everything was fine and immaculate, although some Americans may find some customs here, a little different.

Good noise isolation Very old/outdated room with no maintenance at all. Bathroom with blocked shower and toilet. The cover of the toilet was so dark yellow that it felt disgusting. The mirror had many dark brown stains all around it and in the middle, showing the clear indication of no care for maintenance. The lamps attached to the bed were broken and about to collapse - another clear indication of lack of good maintenance and management. There was no one to help with the 8 bags we had when we arrived. We had to do it ourselves. If you need to contact the reception, forget it, they needed answer it.

The location is excellent. The building is great. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and more modern. I appreciated the details like the makeup mirror in the bathroom, the bathrobe, and the iron available in each room. The air conditioning was not a split system, so I couldn't control the temperature as desired. The room service was expensive.

Everything was great. Good variety for the breakfast. Staff was very nice. Good equipment on the gym. Shower was a bit small, but ok.

Most staff cannot communicate in English, otherwise a decently located hotel.

Nothing A poor-quality hotel in desperate need of repair; the rooms are pretty much broken down (I changed rooms three times) due to the poor condition of the rooms, and they are all pretty much the same. Bathrooms smell and don’t work properly. There are big water stains in the ceiling and broken tiles in the bathroom. Room service, such as cleaning, is non-existent. Overall, it is a hotel in a decade-old condition, more like a motel style with high prices.
