The location was great and the staff were very friendly The breakfast was not very good and the choices were lacking, especially with broken coffee machines. The elevators were quite scary, seemed like some maintanence was needed and the rooms were very bland with extremely old showers

Quarto grande, boa localização. Bom atendimento da recepção, fomos atendidos por Francisco. Achei o preço elevado da hospedagem pelo que oferece, o quarto que peguei para casal eram duas camas de solteiros unidas, a cama não é confortável. Limpeza ok, mas na recepção tem uns sofas manchados.

The breakfast offerings were disappointing and did not meet expectations. The scrambled eggs were served cold in an open container with a noticeable amount of liquid at the bottom. Additionally, there was a lack of signage in both English and Portuguese to identify the dishes, and no a la carte menu was available as an alternative to the buffet."

The breakfast is not as good as the Intercity Paulista, and the employees are not as friendly.

The location was the most important part of it. The location near the park it is amazing and all the services are around the place.

There is a not so bad hotel. Big room with good bathrooms. But there are no the usual facilities which have already been a normal for such type of hotel: for example, still water, iron, cotton buds, etc.. very good sound insulation!!! But air condition doesn’t work correct
