I forgot that it’s so close to CGH airport. Super loud noises every day, at night and early morning. It’s driving me crazy. WiFi and cellular signs are bad in the room. The reception mentioned that they will send someone to fix it, no difference at all. All in all, it’s a nice hotel, though the room is kind of small. I won’t stay again.

Location and Comfort Wait time at check in and check out. The Room Key does not work properly, most of the time and to get it activated it takes hell lot of time.

The hotel charged me for my colleague's room which I did not approve and now they do not want to refund me. The hotel statement clearly shows my colleague's name and not mine. They are refusing to refund me and charge my colleague's cc that is on the statement too. Terrible service and I would never recommend staying here!

I stayed in an adapted room with a bathroom that needs improvements and renovation. I found a previous guest’s fingernail in the room. The refrigerator was so old, noisy, and overly powerful that it froze and caused a soda can to explode during the night.

The breakfast was wonderful! We liked the freshness, variety and the options available. Housekeeping needed improvements because they missed some details in the bathroom, for example, the bathroom floor needed more care; not enough towels for 2 people, we were charged for 2 bottles of water we haven’t had used.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is great! We also enjoyed a lot the indoor pool and the kids space - which is super cool if you are traveling with children. Also, the proximity to the Ibirapuera mall and general location is fantastic. The Yva restaurant is also very good and has good prices/ promotions. The waiting time to receive your car in the parking valet is sometimes too long, although the staff is super friendly. I had some minor issues with the room cleaning that could be improved.

Great breakfast, very clean and location is close to everything we needed. Staff was awesome and it was a good start to our vacation. Room was spatious and everything was clean wherever we went in the hotel.

No heating in room. No ironing board available. No nightstands near power outlets at the side of beds.

The hotel is very well located, next to the Ibirauera Shopping Center and several restaurants. The main lobby is closed due to work being done, which is causing inconvenience for both check-in and check-out.

Check in and out: LOOOOONG LINES KEY card DID NOT WORK...... every evening, back to the front desk to get a new card..... and again in the long lines Lifts were broken all the time, very annoing
