Good Gym. Lack of bedroom keys. There was a broken chair. The TV set was not working by itself..., then I reconfigured and it worked. The wardrobe's door was not working properly too.

I did not like room 1004. Very impractical. No drawers and no place to hang your clothes. I hope the other rooms don't get changed into this.

The hotel near the airport and the sound of airplane is really bad and the breakfast coud be better

It’s in a safe neighborhood, close by from Congonhas. Needs a bit of a remodeling, some things could use an update and the AC should be able to reach the entire apartment.

For the second time in the last month we stayed in this lovely flats. We did on the beginning and in the and of our Holliday in Brazil even my dad also booked over to meet us and love it as well and aid is going to be is hotel place while in São Paulo. Very well recommended! Delicious breakfast by the way!

The property is in a good location near a mall and some nice restaurants/ bars and if you walk out to the right then left you pass a great coffee shop! They have marketed this property very well! The pictures makes it look quite a bit fancier than it feels like. It was a little bit more tired and worn out than I expected. But the staff are all lovely! And the breakfast is ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom in my room smelled bad, even after cleaning. The bed was not very comfortable.
