location is a plus if you need to stay nearby ibirapuera avenue slow check-in and check-out time. We spent over 20 minutes waiting to get in and get out.

The staff were very easy to deal with and had excellent English. The room was spotless clean and very spacious. It was also in an excellent location, very quiet and plenty of places to shop.

The internet access work very slow at some times

that I pre-paid for a room for two ( including two breakfasts) and then was accused at breakfast when I showed up, that we wanted to "steal" one breakfast. That was - well - quite unmotivating. Apart from the totally incompetent hotel staff and other flaws like missing towels, missing drinking glasses, etc

Laundry service is very expensive. Rooms are small and did not have the kitchenette like the pictures showed. Elevators are quire small.
