This was a great place to stay during our time in São Paulo! The staff was kind, the room was neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing! Gabe, Victor, and John were very helpful!

The location. The bed and amenities e the breakfast. It is not that I completely dislike but the air conditioner is a little bit noisy.

Second stay in this hotel. Staff are really very welcoming and friendly and facilities are fine. A solid place to stay. Very good breakfast. The bathroom is a little small and could have been better planned for comfort. But this is a minor detail.

Loved the RED concept, everything was amazing, from the staff attention to customers all the way to the extremelly comfortable rooms! I would definitely go back next time I am in São Paulo!

Modern, streamlined aesthetic, but comfortable nonetheless. Breakfast is killer, staff is polite and attentive.

Hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is modern and well equipped, has all you need, including a gym with impressive views on the rooftop and a pool with a little less views as it has a high wall. Room was clean with a large and very comfortable bed. Room was cleaned every day with new towels provided. Having a late flight after 3 nights at the hotel, I was allowed a late check-out, which I especially appreciated. Flexibility is not a given. Breakfast was excellent, too.

Great area, nice staff, bed very comfortable, windows could be opened, close to restaurants and shopping. Nothing. Early check in couldn’t fully accommodated.
