The pillows and sheet are not comfortable, and the bathroom is very old, some paint from the bathroom wall is falling off and you can tell that the it’s pretty old, to be honest it kind of reminds me why I do not like staying at hotels.

Location Staff did not help. Acted as if the did not speak English just to charge more. Room was old, noisy and wasn’t clean.

- Good location / save neighborhood - specious room - ongoing construction across the road, drilling and digging after 10 pm and prior 8 am, dust - hair dryer was not working - towels were no changed during the stay - no blanket , extremely cold during the night

Nothing really. The information provided by the staff was unclear. They mentioned that courtesy water would be provided, but we never received it. I ended up drinking a bottle of water from the fridge because we didn’t get the promised courtesy water, only to find out later that I was charged for it. When I brought this up, the staff said I should have informed them that we didn’t receive the courtesy water—something I couldn’t have known until we were checking out. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing, with low-quality options that didn’t meet expectations. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Brazil, courtesy water is always provided since tap water isn’t drinkable. This experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Location Too much noise inside, doors closing making excessive noise. Poor breakfast, not even a proper coffee with milk available. The staff is not so great, specially in the evening shift. Old towels in the bathroom.

It was a large room, great shower pressure, comfortable bed. I upgraded to get a bigger room and maybe I shouldn't have, because the room was too big that it was cold. I turned on the heating but it didn't get any warmer.

The location is perfect. It's very close to businesses and shopping. The staff is very professional and ready to help any minute. Recommended definitely The room, the staff, cleanness and location.
