The location was very convenient and we used the parking garage across the street at the discounted price provided by the hotel which was also convenient. The staff was very friendly. They held our bags for a couple of hours until we were able to check in. Our room smelled like it had at one point been a smoking room. We both ended up feeling sick from the smell. It also did not feel very clean. I did not like that the sink was in the sleeping area and then the toilet and shower were both in separate areas.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. They serve Sapporo's local delicacies, and you can order a small bowl of miso ramen or a small pork rice bowl. In general, the breakfast buffet was very good. I highly recommend trying it at least once during your stay. Hotel staff was very accommodating. They know some English, but they will respond even better if you can speak Japanese. When my dad was having trouble with the laundry machine, I asked someone from the front desk for help, and she assisted us quickly and efficiently. I didn't get her name, but she was really helpful! Location was very good. The hotel is located right in the middle of a shopping street and you can just step out and go to a nearby drugstore or konbini if you want something. It's a short walk from the subway and streetcar too. I think they could improve on the usability of the room. There were hardly any surfaces or hooks where you can hang clothes and other things, which is important when you're using a room for a week. I don't know if it was just my room, but housekeeping staff did not clean my room at all during my entire stay, even on the scheduled fourth day where they were supposed to clean it. They only changed towels and took out trash and that's about it. Walls are also a bit too thin between rooms. You can easily hear sounds and conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms sometimes. The neighborhood, Susukino, is a very lively place at night. Suitable for young people who want a night out and drinks, but it can be a bit jarring for elderly companions who want some peace and quiet. The room lacks heating as well, and it can get quite cold even with the central A/C turned off. Thankfully, the beds are warm.

Very good location. Size of the room is okey not too small compare to other hotel No microwave in the room. Change of beddings is done on the 5th day of stay same with the cleaning of room.

Great location near to all convenient store, subway and malls No microwave in the room you need to go down on the second floor to heat the food. No supplies of coffee, creamer, etc.

Clean and close to tanukikoji street, close to suskino and odori. Staff are really helpful and friendly They only had 1 pillow per bed
