Very clean hotel in very good location. The best part is able to walk to the shopping street at the back entrance of the hotel. NA

Clean towels and water received everyday without having to ask for them. 2nd floor sitting area was nice when not too crowded and noisy. Free drinks and snacks there was a bonus. Onsen well kept. Location of this hotel was great. Especially because it was right in the tanukikoji and close to the airport limosine bus stop. The room lacks a regular chair to sit down comfortably.

Great location, near all the shops street, food etc Cute little Onsen Room size on the medium - larger than Tokyo but we’ve been in larger Lounge with free drinks is excellent also for the kids Very nice staff Price point was perfect We recommend Parking in the pricy side Over 2000 yen when all around the hotel it’s much cheaper

Great location, right by shopping street with cover. Close to all main attractions. Small but ok onsen. All signs in English making it easy to navigate in the hotel. Appreciate the lounge and drink machine. Understandably small parking facilities. We arrive at 3 pm on a weekday and already full, need to park at the other spot which cannot take car in and out often from multiple charges.

The location is absolutely perfect! It was close to everything and getting there was easy. The place was clean, comfortable and there was a nice common room and onsen. The parking was convenient (not included in the price).

Just a few steps away from the shopping area and airport shuttle, yet surprisingly quiet inside the hotel. The property is very clean and offers free drinks, snacks, and access to a public bath at no extra cost. They provide bottled water and fresh towels daily, which was a nice touch. There are plenty of complimentary toiletries available in the lobby, making it very convenient. We were given connecting rooms for our family of five, and the room sizes were decent and comfortable. The beds, comforters, pajamas, and towels were all clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also appreciated the luggage scale in the lobby and the option to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly stay! There’s nothing bad to say about this property.

Very convenient location. Very polite staffs. Always smile and responsively. In-hotel onsen. Daily provided fresh towels. Clean and well-maintained room. The lounge - 24-hrs free hot/cold drink. Served as a place for friends and family get together outside the room. The laundry facilities. There is only a very small window with no view in the room.

The check-in/check-out was super quick. The staff was polite. The location is unbeatable and there is a paid parking on-site. Public bath is a plus. Totally worth the price paid. Nothing to complain.
