Overpriced with poor service. A real disappointment.

A great initial stay in Sapporo. Very happy. A little out of the way

I liked the short walk from Sapporo Station. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the north exit, and there is a 7-11 connected to the hotel so you can pick up snacks and other items. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. You can put up signs asking the housekeeping staff to leave fresh towels and amenities if you do not want your room cleaned. The staff is professional and helpful, and the hotel is modern and very clean. The shampoo and conditioner and other amenities like face wash smell great and are a nice touch. There are only three washing machines for the entire building, so you may have to wash laundry at odd times if you want to get a machine. The WiFi signal is also spotty sometimes, and it was challenging to access emails and browse the internet at certain times during the day.

The location is very near to the Sapporo train station. 6 min walk to take the train if you walk at the main street. If you use the underground access would take a little longer but it would be helpful during winter Rooms are small but expected for Japan

Great location and breakfast with lots of variety while the salted butter bread is exceptionally good. The day I checked in, the hotel was closed and only accept luggage storage at 12noon, check in at 3:00pm. No email notification to me and I arrived at 10:00am, door was locked and finally knocked at the door, the staff refused to keep our luggage. Excuse is they won’t inform guests and assume guests will check their website! I asked do you expect guests to check your website everyday ? She is speechless and finally agreed to store our luggage. One compliment is when we checked in the luggage already delivered to the room.

It exceeded our expectations - hotel was in a very convenient location, had 7-11 in lobby and perfect onsen facilities. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights and will definitely stay again when we are in Sapporo the future. Nothing

It is located within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo station. We used the underground access to the station a lot to avoid walking on the icy snow covered on the road. You can directly enter 7-Eleven from the hotel lobby.

Beautiful hotel with very nice Onsen. Good room well equipped. Breakfast was superb and staff helpful. Walking distance from the station and downtown attractions.

Amazing hotel that made us feel pampered. We came when yen was 0.65 of the $, but cost was about 0.50 of what it would cast in the U.S., so great value, also. My husband loved the onsen (public bath). I didn’t get a chance to try the women’s side, but the deep tub and soaking stuff in the room made it feel like a spa. The 7-11 in the lobby and the underground tunnel to the train station/mall were great perks! The breakfast buffet was vast and varied - I loved trying new things but finding plenty of things that felt familiar as an American, too. I appreciated that staff held our luggage after we checked out but before we were ready to go to the airport. I would have liked a small dresser or desk-dresser to use as a counter and place to unpack clothes, as we were there a few days. The loveseat and table were nice but a chair and dresser or corner desk/dresser would have been more helpful (unless, say, we had a small child needing the couch to sleep).

Location is absolutely perfect, 3 minutes walk to underground tunnel to JR train station where you can find the best sashimi, sushi and authentic Japanese cuisine. JR train connects you to Chitose airport, so convenient and accessible!!! Location, facilities, amenities, staff are so welcoming and helpful and new hotel!!

Close enough to Sapporo Station. New building (2years) and the double twin was large enough for us to have room for our luggage. Clean bathroom and nice to have the baths inhouse.
-
Our room was very small, even by Japan standard. But clean and location excellent! I may have made mistake in booking. We saw other rooms better size. Overall really good place
-
It was very clean and efficient. The onsen facilities were modern and clean. Having a convenience store in the lobby and the close proximity to the JR Sapporo station made it very practical. Most sights were within walking distance which is brilliant! Nothing
-
Location is good, stay either here near Sapporo station or near odori station! also, connected to the metro by underground passageway on the same block. The room is smaller than expected
-
but in winter quite a walk from JR station
-
Excellent hotel for the price, Onsen facilities were particularly nice, parking was easy and reasonably priced. Sparkling clean. Tv in room showed if wagers were available remotely and if the Onsen was busy, a nice touch. Hotel breakfast was expensive.
-
Breakfast choices are limited. There are not many restaurants nearby.
-
Perfect location, lots of restaurant nearby. Easy access to the tourist spots. No, everything is perfect
-
Onsen is not tattoo friendly but totally understandable.
