Close to the station. Lockers for your bags. The breakfast doesn't look like anything on paper, but it had everything I would want. Coffee was great The "pick your own pillow" was lacking choices. Train noise cannot be avoided, but it's not bad

Great location, unexpectedly decent breakfast, storage room. A bit pricy during the snow festival, but well worth it. A short walk away from the main event, the hotel provides an excellent base to explore Sapporo and surrounding areas.

Close to JR station, friendly staff, bathroom with a large and separate shower room,free breakfast. Just a suggestion: breakfast could offer some healthy foods such as whole wheat pan, non sugar yogurt, oatmeal …..even if we pay an extra amount

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, and good facilities. Breakfast is simple but good. Great location, close to the main station and an easy walk to Sapporo city centre.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location was good for JR access, but might be a bit far from downtown (Odori/ Susukino) for those who mind taking time to walk. Facility was clean, cleaning staff were very polite and pleasant. I always love the tv JR inns have with bunch of apps so that I don’t have to use my phone to watch subscriptions. Amenities can be improved like there was no facial cottons. The facial cleanser/ cream usually ran out quickly without getting refilled until the next day. The bathroom had the unpleasant odour that I almost considered asking for different room. The fabric/ air freshener provided in the room wasn’t sufficient to mask the odour. It was very strong.

Very good location. 3mins walk to Sapporo station. Go through Daimaru for the short cut.

It’s very near Sapporo Station. You can also add more pillows freely. The toiletries provided are excellent. Skincare is from POLA. Breakfast was just right. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was a bit smelly. It had a stale pee smell. The shower curtain could also use some wash as it also smelled funny.

Nice breakfast Small suggestion: You supply instructions for the "Air Conditioner" which I initially ignored (winter). But this is actually a heat pump for cooling and heating. In english, air conditioners only cool so please change the instruction title.
