Location is great, just a couple minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staff was helpful. They also offer bag storage if needed. Rooms were clean. We needed 3 rooms and they put us side by side, which was helpful. Also had parking available. Room was showing some age and is snug (like most hotels in central locations.

Opposite is a convenient store. Basement is Toyota Rent Car office (for those want to rent a car is easy). About 10-15 mins walk to Odori Park and TV tower. Air conditioning - working well Shower - water pressure quite good and reasonable. Reception - very friendly Hot bath - big pool and bathing facilities are great Wifi - very strong and stable. Laundry - available for washer and dryer (2-in-1 machine). Guest can check availability of washer and time to completion from TV info inside their rooms. Would be good if hotel TV provides internet access.

This is at a great location by Sapporo Station. The hotel is clean and staff are helpful and friendly. It’s very comfortable to stay. The hotel is located at a corner of intersection and parking entrance is located on the back alley. It’s on the busy streets and no right turn lanes around there, so it’s a bit hard to get in there.

Very clean and comfortable, spacious for Tokyo standard, friendly and helpful staff, 5 minute walk to Minowa station, had a washing machine, quiet residential area. Soundproofing may not be excellent. We had to make extra effort to be quiet since the people in the room below us complained of noise from above although we were just doing normal day to day stuff that we usually do in other hotels- not partying or anything. But it didn’t make our stay any less comfortable.

The laundry machine ate my coins & the guy said “no refunds”. I thought I was lying & didn’t really put all the coins in.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Room is abit small but comfy and clean. Pillow is so comfy. The location is the best, close to JR Sapporo station. The breakfast is not variety, same menu in consecutively days.

Location was great, 3-5 min walking from JR Sapporo station. We were also able to use under ground when it was cold and raining. Lots of shops there and very convenient! Walking distance to Odori park, Susukino district for restaurants. Wished we had access to English channels on tv since my husband likes to watch news.

Great location in relation to Sapporo Station. The Onsen was nice, but fairly basic.
