Not worth, not Japanese behavior
-
Quick responses from customer service, good location Placement of AC, outlets, and light switches was pretty inconvenient

The room size and the inclusion of a terrace and kitchen sink area was a big plus. Location was quite okay since it was near to Sapporo station, several bus stops, and a few convenience stores. The laundry was also a huge plus, since they were segregated by gender. Laundry starts at a mere 100 jpy per load, while the dryers start at 200 jpy. No staff present. The lack of a room key meant that you had to remember a code whenever you wanted to go outside. The doors are not the type to lock on their own, you have to lock them before leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an elderly or a forgetful person.

The room is small but cozy. Checking in is easy. Locations is very near to Lawson, restaurants, mall and train station Nothing
-
No reception or staff Big difference between picture and real experience
-
The bed was kinda broken, the hot water didn't work for about 2 hours, and the bathroom was not that clean :((
-
The proximity to the Sapporo station Lack of staff for any questions or inconvenience, the lobby was extremely dirty when we arrived, the forth floor smelled like soup or something, and the bathroom smelled really bad, like pee
-
The hotel is right next to a Lawsons, down the street from my favorite restaurant, and only a couple blocks from a major train station. The windows can be opened. The heater can be turned off. The beds are comfortable and the blankets are warm. The wifi was free. The digital self check in device worked well. The microwave was in a common area on a different floor, the laundry machines were paid and in a common that didn't have any way to stop someone from picking up the wrong load of laundry by mistake.

very close to Sapporo Station room facilities was kind of old

The place is close to the main train station in Sapporo. The beds are comfortable, although rather short (and I'm not a tall person). The bath/shower in the rooms are filthy. Really filthy with mold everywhere. Like they haven't cleaned those showers in ages and the smell is awful. The carpet is also filthy. Didn't look like they vacuum the rooms. All those photos they have in booking.com showing beautiful rooms, it's false advertising. The rooms are not clean, the yellowish color of old wallpaper in some areas and the landline telephone in the room show the place age. Lastly, this place is fully automated. Meaning, there aren't any human (staff) in the hotel. Even if you're in a budget, try booking elsewhere. You'll regret staying here.

It was very spacious for 2 people! and the necessary things like toiletries and kitchen supplies were cool. There was some dust!
-
very convenient location no staffs, outdated room and toilet, the atmosphere from the hotel guess are unpleasant. There is a laundry room but no laundry detergent provided or sold there.
-
decent walk to jr sapporo station, yodobashi and klook meeting point
-
Difficult to get hold for help no reception counter.
-
Needed vacuuming desperately, early check-in was intimated but not possible.
-
The location is perfect to our need as it is near Sapporo train station, only 4 min walk Bidet is broken, does not work at all. Exhauster in the bath room is broke , does not work and create humidity.
-
The space was extremely small for three people and the hotel was quite old and run down. Too expensive for what it was
-
Location near JR Station, AC was good, Room was provided with Electric Kettle, toiletries, utensils, plates and bowls, Fridge, Hair dryer, and TV. Bed and Pillows were soft enough for me. Slept good. Water too hot for shower. Hot water also coming from the cold tap. The operator said the problem is the building's system. Moldy smell at the hallway and carpet is not thoroughly cleaned. Step of bunk bed was damaged, dangerous for the users. (I did not use upper bed)
-
Location Bad smell, could not be aired out. Carpets stained everywhere, trash on floor in lobby, clean linens stacked/stored on (dirty) hallway floors covered only by more linen.
-
Water is clogged but it was fixed the following day. Tv isn’t working and it was also fixed.
