This is a big hotel with lots of tour groups...But a very nice place for a very good price. The whole place is very clean and efficient. We used the parking service which is, as my son described it, a sort of car vending machine. You drive in, get a ticket, and the gate closes. What happens? You dont know or care. When you return you hand the gentaleman a ticket and poof...your car is back. We noticed a completely empty lot across the street that charged 1/3 of what we paid but how often do you get to use a car vending machine? There was a bit of waiting for an elevator when a large tour group was trying to get upstairs all at once. This was minor. Its a good value.

The breakfast is very good, with variety of options and delicious as well. Room size is big as well compare to the rest of other hotel. Will come back to stay again. Location seems a bit further from JR Sapporo Station. You'll have to take local train and walk about 8 mins to hotel. It would be good if the hotel could provide shuttle bus to the JR Sapporo Station.

The room upgrade was great! The room was huge and had all the amenities you would need. The hotel itself is quite nice and elegant feeling. The bathroom had a boathouse style shower which was pretty cool. There is a gift shop and 2 restaurants in the hotel. It is near a park and transit. It’s a bit further than the normal tourist attractions but it is a good value!

The hotel's location is convenient whether you prefer to walk, take the subway, or take the streetcar. My room had a big window and a great view. All the amenities you'd expect of a typical hotel were provided (sleepwear, fridge, safe, electric kettle, toiletries, etc). I also liked that there were 4 pillows (2 soft, 2 hard), soundproofing was good, and the carpet looked well-maintained. The hotel also strives to be environmentally friendly by implementing a policy that the room won't be cleaned unless the guest requests it or has stayed for 3 nights. Personally, it didn't matter much to me but some hotel facilities could use updating, like the elevators were a bit dated. The bathroom sink still had those old-fashioned knobs where one runs hot water and the other cold, so it takes a bit of practice to get the temperature you want. Everything was well-maintained, though!

Smooth check-in. English speaking front desk ladies make the transaction clear and fast. Place not far from the bus stop from or to the airport. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Room were spacious. Love it?

Also close to New Chitose limousine bus stop. Free Shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station Very close to convenient stores, Lawson and 7-11 None!

Didn't have breakfast pillows were awful. Either weird beads or memory foam pillows were both uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

Loved the location and convenience of where we were. Close to nakajima Park for snow play. The kettle and coffee cups were so small. Only 3 sips of coffee per cup.
