So convenient, nearby a several convenience stores, train station, odori park Rooms were a bit old, did not have enough storage space, very small bathrooms, aircon not functioning well

Best location, closer to everything such as food, shopping and places to visit. Room has enough space for family of 3 and 4, and very clean. Delicious breakfast, we tasted all the best in Sapporo. None

The location is easily accessible. Staff were not able to respond to guests as they do not speak English. On several occasions, we needed urgent help, we were not able to get help as required. We need to depend alot of our own googling to get help.

Great location and very helpful staff I didn’t like the old part ( that I stayed in the earlier days, was outdated) but this time I got renovated room in the east building so it was all good in the end.

Great location and great staff The room was tiny and the furniture is too big for the room and strangely set up so not functioning well. I guess it is because it is outdated. I stayed in the other side of the hotel later on on this trip and that room was totally modern and spacious.

Location is ideal. Two blocks from Sapporo Station and directly connected to the underground passage that runs north and south through the central city. The room was comfortable with a reasonable amount of space. Bedding was comfortable. Would like to see them add self-service laundry.

Great location, strong shower, comfortable beds, spacious and quiet room. And a great breakfast buffet. The light in the entry is motion sensitive, and I would have preferred it not turn on when I got up in the night to use the bathroom.

Location Access from the AIRPORT is super easy by bus. Staff is awesome and kind. They let us to use 3 umbrellas ? Bit old We stayed other building and it was a bit old.

The location and the staff, especially staff. They speak multiple different languages and helped my elderly parents successfully to check in and travel by themselves. Also, they are very reasonable and helpful to accommodate my emergency situation. I will never forget this! The space and the furniture arrangement. A little too tight and the closet is hard to use.

The hotel was in an excellent location and it was easy for us to get to the places on our list. Plus, transportation was easily available especially since the airport bus stopped right by the hotel. Our room was quite big and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms needed updating and looked a bit rundown. The bathroom was also small and it was hard to move around.

Perfect location right between Sapporo Station and Susukino. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it’s incredibly convenient with an Airport Express bus stop right outside. The service here is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to them for keeping our luggage safe while we went out on a motorcycle trip—that was deeply appreciated! The hotel also connects directly to the underground walkway, making it super easy to visit the nearby Montbell store and McDonald's.
